[00:00:05] Welcome to The Aaron LeBauer Show. This is the number one show for passionate

[00:00:09] physical therapy and healthcare entrepreneurs looking to level up their

[00:00:13] income and impact on the world. If that's you, then you're in the right place. So

[00:00:18] sit back, chill out, and let's get into the show. Welcome back to The Aaron LeBauer

[00:00:27] Show. Today what I want to talk about, I want to talk about success. I want to talk

[00:00:34] about the journey. I want to talk about what it means to be a business owner,

[00:00:40] especially on those days when it's a struggle. So if you don't know me, my name

[00:00:46] is Dr. Aaron LeBauer. I'm a physical therapist. I live in Greensboro, North

[00:00:50] Carolina. I've been in business since 1999, so 25 years, which is pretty darn

[00:00:57] crazy to think. I just realized it recently. I've always been talking

[00:01:01] about how long I've been in business as a PT, but I forgot there was 10 years

[00:01:04] owning my own business as a massage therapist before. Let's see, so I was

[00:01:11] a massage therapist first. I went to PT school because patients kept

[00:01:16] saying, Aaron, you touched me exactly where I hurt. No one's ever touched me

[00:01:20] there before. No one's helped me. I've been to see the doctors, the

[00:01:22] chiropractors, the acupuncturists, the massage therapists, PTs. I've been to see everyone

[00:01:26] and you're the first person to actually help me. All I'm doing is touching

[00:01:30] where they hurt, like trapezius, piriformis, glute medius, psoas, SCM,

[00:01:38] temporalis. I mean all these easy muscles to touch, QL. But I wasn't able

[00:01:45] to help them answer the question, when will this finally go away? When will

[00:01:49] I actually be better? When can I get back to my activities, etc.? So I

[00:01:53] decided to become a doctor of physical therapy. I went to PT school and saw 43

[00:01:56] patients one day. That was the day I decided I had to open my own practice

[00:02:01] and do it without relying on insurance because the reason I was seeing 43

[00:02:05] patients is because we're not getting paid to actually find the root cause of

[00:02:09] the problem. We're just getting paid to treat a knee problem. Even if the

[00:02:13] knee problem is originated from a big toe problem, we don't get

[00:02:17] paid for treating the big toe. So screw that. Another thing that's interesting is I'm a

[00:02:21] massage therapist. I went to massage school. I learned how to touch all the

[00:02:27] muscles and the origins and insertions, help people. I get to PT school and we

[00:02:31] have this book on manual muscle testing by Helen Hislop. It says

[00:02:36] in there, I know I have the picture somewhere but it's 15 years ago,

[00:02:40] the QL, the quadratus lumborum cannot be palpated. I'm just like what?

[00:02:46] What are you talking about? When people come to me with back pain, that's

[00:02:51] the muscle. Maybe you can argue with me but I'm gonna tell you this,

[00:02:57] if I can't palpate that then I can't palpate any muscle because I'm

[00:03:01] touching the skin. But if I can put my fingers on it and ask you to contract it

[00:03:06] and I can feel it, I can palpate that thing. I can touch it with my

[00:03:11] fingers. I can touch it with my elbow, knuckles. I can help it.

[00:03:18] To me, it's that way of thinking and teaching where it's like you can't do.

[00:03:23] It's impossible to. Maybe there's some facts out there. It's

[00:03:28] impossible for Aaron to go to the center of the earth. Probably. But is it

[00:03:33] impossible to touch somewhere they hurt? One where they hurt? No. Is it impossible

[00:03:37] to touch the quadratus lumborum? Absolutely not. I will argue that all day

[00:03:41] long. You tell me it's impossible. I'll put you on my table and I'll touch you

[00:03:47] there and you'll feel it. You'll be like, ooh, there we go.

[00:03:50] There's something that is going on that most people aren't willing

[00:03:56] to give other people credit for and it's this narrow-minded way of thinking that

[00:04:00] is really impacting a lot of people and especially new grads, PTs, people

[00:04:06] that have been out for 15 years, 20 and giving us this narrow view of what's

[00:04:10] possible for us. Hopefully one of the things you've learned from listening to

[00:04:14] this podcast is there's a lot of possibilities for you. It's really about

[00:04:18] you choosing what you want. Today I just want to share some

[00:04:23] thoughts about the journey, the destination, what's possible because

[00:04:29] I've seen, I think what I'm starting to learn is that people give up on their

[00:04:33] dreams when it gets hard, when their dreams aren't big enough or meaningful

[00:04:37] enough or what they're focused on really is a quick win and the destination.

[00:04:45] What's promised? What's the good thing? It's like

[00:04:50] what's promised isn't what we're gonna get today

[00:04:53] and what you want isn't really what you're gonna get and if you hit your

[00:05:00] goals, you haven't set big enough goals or you haven't reset them often enough.

[00:05:06] For instance, when I was racing bicycles, my first goal was how do I

[00:05:11] get to category two and then category one. I really always had this goal to get

[00:05:14] to pro but I never thought I'd actually get to category two or one and then I was

[00:05:19] like okay let me see if I can upgrade my... help my friends upgrade

[00:05:25] to category one so we can all go race together in the

[00:05:29] national championships and things like that. But I didn't reset my own goal to

[00:05:34] get on a pro team and because if I did, I would have acted differently but it was

[00:05:41] to me it is it's about the journey and not the destination right? Because we make

[00:05:47] it too much about the destination. If we don't get there as fast as we think

[00:05:50] someone else has gotten there, we're disappointed and if we never get there,

[00:05:54] we're disappointed and if we blow right past it, we're disappointed. Business

[00:05:58] should be about the journey. Going into business for yourself should be because

[00:06:02] you love the process, not because you're in love with the result. Even racing

[00:06:09] bicycles, it should be about I love racing bicycles, not I want to win or I

[00:06:14] want to get this certain category. I want to get this certain certification and

[00:06:18] that's what like I've turned kettlebells into. Bike racing is hard for me

[00:06:22] now going on rides. One, it's time-intensive and two, I've done so much

[00:06:26] training for one specific goal. It's hard for me to get out there and enjoy it

[00:06:31] unless I'm with a friend. It really is. It's hard. It's like I didn't ruin it

[00:06:35] but it just I spent so much time doing it for a specific purpose and running

[00:06:40] myself into like the red line you know for specific purposes. It's hard. I mean I

[00:06:45] will not ride a bike indoors. Let me tell you about kettlebells. My goal with

[00:06:49] kettlebells is to be able to cut my own toenails when I'm 95. That's like why I do

[00:06:56] yoga and why I do kettlebells and that's why I started yoga and I realized I'm

[00:07:00] not building as much strength in yoga and I would hit a plateau but with

[00:07:03] kettlebells I can get that same full body movement, mobility, stability. I even

[00:07:08] feel stronger in yoga because I do kettlebells. I get more out of kettlebells

[00:07:14] than weight training and CrossFit and half the time I go to CrossFit I'm using

[00:07:17] kettlebells anyways but for me it's about the journey so I've set this goal

[00:07:22] by the time I was 50 to be strong first certified but it was never about the

[00:07:26] certification always about what does it mean that I'm gonna have to do every

[00:07:31] day to get there. Really? So it is it's about the daily thing and so one of the

[00:07:38] reasons I want to I want to share some thoughts with you is because the last

[00:07:40] week has been a tough week for me you know like business, life, family

[00:07:48] family's thrown in there but it's been a hard hard week for business you know

[00:07:54] and I've had some success this week in business which is the funny thing and I

[00:07:57] think I'm getting at this point where you know like awesome successes and it

[00:08:02] doesn't feel like this major success because over the last few years what

[00:08:07] I've realized is as soon as I have these like big massive win there's there's a

[00:08:12] big massive loss but if I don't have a big massive win I'm not gonna have a big

[00:08:16] massive loss. The loss is gonna open a new door and so that's why I say you

[00:08:24] have to be in love with the process you have to be in love with the journey it's

[00:08:30] all about the journey it's like hey let's you know like I don't want to just

[00:08:34] hop on a boat and sail around the world and not have like an end goal but what's

[00:08:37] the end goal? The end goal should be to enjoy life, enjoy my time here, enjoy the

[00:08:41] people I'm with, enjoy the problem-solving. So the place where a lot

[00:08:46] of people get stuck and I see a lot of people lose sight is in starting a

[00:08:49] business and underestimating how much effort and time it's gonna take to get

[00:08:53] the result. You know it's $20,000 enough to start up yeah I mean look like you

[00:08:58] can go to the Cash PD blueprint you can go to my website you can go earlier on

[00:09:02] this podcast and see how like I started a business with a couple thousand dollars

[00:09:05] and then you generate revenue and you reinvest your business your money in so

[00:09:11] what have I invested actually in my business over the years? Hundreds of

[00:09:15] thousands of dollars. But to get started you don't need a lot so you don't need

[00:09:19] to go get $100,000 loan. Why am I going there? Is because I think what

[00:09:24] what a lot of people have run into underestimate is okay you know I'm one

[00:09:30] or two months in I'm eight months in and I'm not making you know 10k a month or

[00:09:36] 20k a month or 30k a month like I'm not doing what someone else is doing.

[00:09:40] There's a couple things here. One you can't compare yourself to someone else

[00:09:43] because there's a lot of different factors just like with pain, back pain

[00:09:47] there's a lot of factors. And two you have to understand like business is a

[00:09:50] long game and getting into business especially a cash practice where there's

[00:09:55] not a lot of risk involved because you can worst case scenario you just go back

[00:10:01] and get a job somewhere but it's underestimating the fact that you know

[00:10:07] there's a lot of work you're gonna have to put into it and if you don't like the

[00:10:11] work and you're allergic to hard work you're allergic to social media

[00:10:15] allergic to learning new skills and learning new things and not feeling like

[00:10:20] the smartest person in the room like man business probably isn't for you

[00:10:23] because you got to become an expert at business and in order to become an

[00:10:27] expert of business you got to study business you got to struggle you got to

[00:10:30] fail and the struggles are part of this and so that's why I wanted to get on here

[00:10:36] and share is just like the struggle is part of the process and you have to

[00:10:40] actually embrace the struggle so I was talking about this with one of our

[00:10:44] platinum mastermind members yesterday Zack Atwood he's the football doc on

[00:10:50] Instagram and Zack started his business almost exactly a year ago and he got

[00:10:58] into a cash PD blueprint he ended up he got into the course and then he did an

[00:11:04] implementation call with me and then from there we chatted about what his

[00:11:08] goals were and everything and he wants to own a business that has multiple

[00:11:12] locations in the Detroit metro area serving you know athletes but

[00:11:17] specifically soccer players and we talked about that and I was like when do

[00:11:22] you want this result by I was like great I'm like well I can actually do this you

[00:11:26] know like I can help you with this because I've done this with other

[00:11:27] people do you want help and I said hey if you you just enrolled in the

[00:11:32] blueprint and the implementation call we'll get you on our platinum mastermind

[00:11:36] first month it first months already covered because of that investment boom

[00:11:41] that was the deal that's how we got him in and you know what he did he said you

[00:11:44] know what I'm gonna fall in love with this process and guess what when it's

[00:11:47] when I struggle I'm gonna ask for help and so here's a couple things that

[00:11:51] happened like he did he did that we got his business it was two months in he

[00:11:56] quit his job his like he was doing home health or PRN he quit that by the end of

[00:12:01] the summer so he could focus all on his business but then October was like a

[00:12:06] really shitty month he made only like $3,000 or something like that was Aaron

[00:12:10] what's happening I was like hey dude chill I got you and we we updated the

[00:12:17] game plan and put in some new strategies and then gradually started growing and

[00:12:22] doing you know 5k 8k 10k 15k months in this last month just under a year in

[00:12:30] business he did $27,000 in a month which is dope one of the big things

[00:12:35] that happened over the last two months was he came on a call it's like here I'm

[00:12:40] struggling when do I hire a VA and I'm but he's hesitant to do it because it

[00:12:47] costs more money and I was like we got on our power call that we do twice a

[00:12:54] month and we chatted through it and I was like this is what you need to do do

[00:12:57] it he's like now I'm putting out ten times as much content I've 10x my

[00:13:01] business and I've got an extra 15 hours a week not using the VA so now he's

[00:13:06] doing treating 20-25 patients a week and looking to open in the second location

[00:13:10] and expand and start hiring but all that came because but there are these ups and

[00:13:15] downs and he even knows when we chatted was like hey I know next month may not

[00:13:19] be the same because how I got to 27 was selling lots of paid in full packages

[00:13:24] and I was like what was the difference and he was just like this confidence of

[00:13:28] coming on into the sale and like having indifference about whether the person

[00:13:33] enrolls with me or not and how do we get there because you start stacking wins

[00:13:37] you stack wins and you get build confidence and it's like hey if you work

[00:13:40] with me or not like it doesn't matter but I know I can help and and so part of

[00:13:47] that is just seeing that well you know yeah dude he just did 6k in his six

[00:13:53] figures in his first year which is amazing it took me it took me five years

[00:14:00] in PT but 15 years total to hit 15k in a month because I didn't have a coach

[00:14:06] working with me and giving me these like plug-and-play systems and proven

[00:14:10] process I didn't have Aaron helping Aaron and so but at the same time this

[00:14:15] has been a ride and so and it's a it's just some days are good some days are

[00:14:21] shit but when you get to those days it feels like shit what you do is you just

[00:14:28] take one more step you take what you do one more workout you just do one more

[00:14:33] thing even if you don't think it's the right thing you just take one more step

[00:14:37] and take action and if in doubt go for a walk if in doubt lift some heavy shit

[00:14:43] swing some kettlebells even if you've never swung a kettlebell go watch a

[00:14:48] Pavel Sulin video on YouTube about swinging kettlebells and swing them just

[00:14:54] do it just take that one send that one next email or text message to people and

[00:14:59] do one more new thing is that'll keep you moving forward because one of my

[00:15:05] mentors Craig Ballantyne says action beats anxiety and success loves speed so

[00:15:12] the faster you can make a decision and the faster you can take action the less

[00:15:19] you're gonna worry so that's that's what I'm saying is the process is putting in

[00:15:27] work seeing success analyzing what you did feeling like shit and going how do I

[00:15:33] not feel like shit today because things aren't working and you ask for help or

[00:15:38] do the next thing that you know and you keep going and at a certain point so you

[00:15:44] have to just get to this knowing that some days are gonna be hard some days

[00:15:47] are gonna be easy some days are gonna feel like gold and some days are gonna

[00:15:51] feel like I don't know brown poo you know and at a certain point you're gonna

[00:15:59] just realize that it is there's a wave it's like sitting in the ocean if you've

[00:16:04] ever surfed you know you just got to sit there and wait okay wait for the right

[00:16:08] set go wait for the right wave and sometimes the right wave comes and

[00:16:12] there's some local bros who are gonna get that wave before you and that's fine

[00:16:17] you just gotta wait for the next one you may not need the biggest wave you just

[00:16:20] need a wave to ride but if you try to force it you're not gonna catch the

[00:16:25] wave either and this is what I chatted about with my my cousin Scott who's one of the

[00:16:32] only other people in my family who's an entrepreneur before I am now my younger

[00:16:36] brother Matt but this was 12-15 years ago when I started my clinic I started

[00:16:41] my clinic in Greensboro in 2009 so the recession it was kind of like the bottom

[00:16:47] of the recession when Obama was president and I just remember thinking

[00:16:51] like man this is wrong time to you know it would only be good if I hadn't

[00:16:56] started during a recession and I remember talking to him and he's he

[00:17:00] sells life insurance and I think annuities and some investments and

[00:17:05] things like that and you know he's like he had done it in California in Colorado

[00:17:10] North Carolina had moved around moved a couple different places for family and

[00:17:15] where he wanted to live and you know so he would have to almost restart accounts

[00:17:20] even though he gets a residual you know you lose your word of mouth you lose your

[00:17:24] momentum and he's like you know Aaron you just have to learn to ride the wave

[00:17:29] you know I was one of the best pieces of advice that I got early on in business

[00:17:32] was ride the wave sometimes it's up sometimes it's down but there's another

[00:17:36] wave coming but if you're in it for the short game you're gonna think that was

[00:17:40] the only wave right you're gonna think that was it there's no more waves coming

[00:17:45] but there is another wave coming there's another one just like in the stock market

[00:17:49] there's another wave coming it might go down but you know overall it's gonna

[00:17:53] it's trended up for the last seven years I think 70 100 so I think that's the

[00:17:59] thing is that you have to just feel like you know whether I get on the ocean and

[00:18:03] catch a wave in or not look I spent an hour in the ocean and that's kind of

[00:18:07] like what it was and when I was in Hawaii I just got to go out in the ocean

[00:18:09] and float on a board and I got a couple rides in like three rides the first day

[00:18:14] in an hour and two rides a second time in an hour you know I got some nice rides

[00:18:19] you know I also had some Aussie lady tried to bite my head off you know not

[00:18:23] the shark but they are because apparently I got in on her wave and

[00:18:28] whatever you know I think so here's what here's what business is about if you

[00:18:36] love problem-solving you're gonna love business you can get a job problem

[00:18:42] solving but as you're solving your problems you're solving other people's

[00:18:45] problems we're always looking for something to do but also don't let it try

[00:18:51] to make you solve problems that don't need to be solved right you like the

[00:18:56] struggle like part of this is like if I didn't have the pressure to perform or

[00:19:02] get something done on a deadline I don't perform really well like I do things

[00:19:05] people with ADHD you know like we thrive on thrill excitement and really

[00:19:13] deadlines like I have a deadline it's not a self-inflicted deadline it's a

[00:19:16] someone else's deadline like I got to show up and do it and get it done right

[00:19:21] and then it's the success along the way and you have to celebrate the success

[00:19:26] along the way but if you let your guard down celebrating success you know

[00:19:31] there's another like there's peaks and valleys and I've had this happen over

[00:19:34] the last four years where there's these big peaks these big valleys and what I've

[00:19:37] what I've learned again is it's not just about the peak in the valley it's it's

[00:19:43] the middle but if we do not take the opportunity in the struggle to learn and

[00:19:49] we will never grow and the people that are willing to walk through the tough

[00:19:55] stuff the tough times to sit there and and do the work you don't want to do to

[00:20:01] take it like basically get punched in the face and keep standing everyone else

[00:20:06] is gonna quit and you're gonna come out on the other end you know it's like if

[00:20:10] we want to keep it in the ocean surfing you gotta get pounded by the by the

[00:20:13] ocean a few times before you get out especially if you're surfing Ocean Beach

[00:20:17] in San Francisco you could get pounded by the wave when you fall you know you got

[00:20:22] to hold your breath and when you come up for air you got to breathe and then if

[00:20:26] you struggle against the wave you're gonna use more energy you just have to

[00:20:30] let it take you and bring you back to the surface and then there's the process

[00:20:37] of okay I've got this formula and if I make it too complicated I'm gonna make

[00:20:42] it too hard I was just reminding one of my friends today that simple scales we

[00:20:47] just have to keep it simple and we if you're creating if you're always trying

[00:20:53] to create new things great you're complicating things but what we want to

[00:20:57] do if we're trying to solve like I've been trying to solve a new problem

[00:21:00] recently and I get on the coaching call with my coach Taki he's like we don't

[00:21:04] want to start something new I'm like I know we want to take what I've already

[00:21:06] got and repackage it because over the last few years especially since COVID

[00:21:14] there's different reasons there's different things happening that are that

[00:21:18] people want people in our industry or it's not just that you don't want to

[00:21:24] start a new business it's like why people want to start a new business where

[00:21:27] are those new opportunities where the new objections with the economy and

[00:21:31] inflation things have like shifted objections have shifted and it's my job

[00:21:36] to stay on top and stay ahead of those but also take it and go God this person

[00:21:42] was perfect for my program but why did they say no there was something missing

[00:21:45] or some information I didn't have and I don't want to change things for outliers

[00:21:49] but when I start seeing patterns we need to adjust and that's part of it it's

[00:21:55] like it feels like a struggle but if you're taking that as an opportunity to

[00:21:59] learn that's when on the other end you grow and you grow big and man there's

[00:22:05] some days where I just say to myself this wasn't the problem I wanted to

[00:22:09] solve this weekend or today you know it and that's life and that's the deal is

[00:22:15] that you just have to keep doing it so what we need to do to be successful is

[00:22:20] commit to going all in and you commit to this goal but if you don't hit the goal

[00:22:26] that doesn't mean you're not successful the goal is just a direction to aim in

[00:22:31] what makes you successful is do you love doing the work people ask me what do

[00:22:38] you like what do you like to do for fun I'm like work work with my clients like

[00:22:43] if you have a job mmm not many people are gonna say that but man I actually

[00:22:50] like working I like making this podcast I like getting on calls my coaching

[00:22:55] clients I like creating success for other people I creating products and

[00:23:02] courses and and workshops like I love it I actually I actually do you know as much

[00:23:09] as I love working out which doesn't isn't really like a pastime to me it's

[00:23:14] like I have to do it some days I don't like working out I would rather work on

[00:23:19] my work you know but that's the thing is like if I don't hit my million dollar

[00:23:26] goal I don't get the the Porsche you know not 67 911 Targa you know if I don't get

[00:23:31] those things that doesn't mean I'm not a success it means that you know I'm just

[00:23:36] not to that point yet or I can't justify doing that yet or I don't have the

[00:23:41] income stream to get the the thing that I want but it's not about the things the

[00:23:45] things are rewards for doing the work along the way maybe I'm repeating

[00:23:49] myself but I feel like you know it's helpful because I've just I've seen a

[00:23:55] lot and I felt a lot myself and I'm also reminding myself about why I'm doing

[00:24:00] this is because it is you know the weeks where it's hard it's supposed to be hard

[00:24:05] it's hard for a reason it's hard because it makes you better

[00:24:08] what diamonds are built under pressure right and economic downturns are the

[00:24:14] biggest opportunities for growth and change for yourself personally

[00:24:19] professionally and in your business when everyone else is retreating this is when

[00:24:23] you attack this is when you plan and strategize and create new things create

[00:24:29] new opportunities for yourself for other people if you can help people create a

[00:24:33] big change and solve a big problem you're gonna win right the struggle is

[00:24:40] the opportunity to grow into the next phase of your business or to quit and

[00:24:45] let other people win right there's always gonna be another problem to solve

[00:24:50] I tell people all the time it's not my job to solve your problems my job to

[00:24:54] give you bigger better money-making problems like problems like where do I

[00:24:59] invest my money what's that you know I've maxed out my IRA and my I've got a

[00:25:04] lot in you know I've got everything I need to save for my kids to go to

[00:25:08] college what's the next investment opportunity for me is it you know do I

[00:25:14] put money into you know crypto I've put a lot in there I want to get into real

[00:25:19] estate where do I how do I Aaron how do I generate a another stream of income so

[00:25:24] I can pay for the the Porsche like like those are good problems should I build

[00:25:29] an online program a brand new course or should I build in a hybrid program should

[00:25:33] I do extra I mean you know who which which great candidate do I hire these are

[00:25:37] good problems okay the next good problem is gonna be I have to fire

[00:25:40] someone that's a you know what firing someone sucks I've got an episode a

[00:25:45] couple episodes on that but it gives you an opportunity to bring someone else in

[00:25:51] to do a better job and I and this is the last thing I'm gonna say for this

[00:25:55] episode we're not the lap maybe not I'm gonna lie but the last big point is that

[00:26:00] the people who are with you now in your life and in your business are not going

[00:26:04] to be the people that are gonna be with you in five ten years or not all of them

[00:26:08] not everyone it purpose in your team is meant to take you all the way to the

[00:26:14] finish line their purpose is to take you to the next struggle and then they're

[00:26:18] gonna get off the bus or maybe you have to get them off the bus and then that's

[00:26:23] gonna give you opportunity to bring someone else in to help you grow even

[00:26:29] more I've experienced this many times over the last few years where I expected

[00:26:34] to just fill a seat and them to stay there but your job is to recognize that

[00:26:39] ahead of time listen to your gut listen to your instincts and know when's the

[00:26:44] right time to move right no one's the right time to make that next decision and

[00:26:50] not everyone's gonna be happy with it but as long as you know it's fulfilling

[00:26:55] your purpose and moving you closer towards your goals and helping your

[00:26:58] clients and patients then it's the right decision no matter how much it sucks

[00:27:03] because the suck is part of the process so go out there embrace the suck like I

[00:27:09] mean I'm not the one that made that up go out and embrace it like that's the

[00:27:12] thing is the process fall in love with the process if you're not in love with

[00:27:15] the process go find another process to fall in love with and go shoot for your

[00:27:20] goals shoot for the moon and go help a ton of people because really at the end

[00:27:26] of the day we all know if we were in it for the money we'd be in finance or real

[00:27:29] estate but if you're here to help patients you're helped others you know

[00:27:32] in a truly meaningful impactful way it takes work it doesn't take it doesn't

[00:27:38] have to be hustle hustle grind grind grind 80 hours a week but it takes work

[00:27:42] you gotta go through the shit you got to struggle through the problems you have to

[00:27:46] solve things solve problems and even at some point you might make up problems

[00:27:50] and just realize you just made up a problem you don't need to solve that one

[00:27:53] but the things take time success is a journey and I wish you all the luck and
