Using Farmer's Carries to Enhance Lumbar Lateral Shift Correction

I'm interested to hear about your experiences and approaches to addressing lumbar lateral shifts in your patients. Specifically, do any of you incorporate unilateral farmer carries into your treatment plans to enhance correction of a lumbar lateral shift?

I'm keen to understand the rationale behind your application, observed benefits, and any specific considerations (e.g., side of carry relative to the shift, load, repetitions, patient presentation) you've found effective.

From a biomechanical perspective, the unilateral farmer carry presents an interesting challenge to the lateral trunk musculature and offers potential for improving frontal plane stability and neuromuscular control, which could be beneficial in repositioning and stabilizing the lumbar spine after a lateral shift.
