The Lateral Tibial Glide is a quick and easy assessment that help check ability to load the lower quarter. I use this in conjuction with lumbar, hip, knee, and half kneel ankle df. Regardless of the condition, as a pattern you will see a lack of lateral tibial glide on the involved side, along with a deviation away in double limb squat and inefficient loading or what looks like instability in single limb squat. Check this especially with hip impingement or runners with knee pain, pain with squat and also unilateral lumbar/SIJ complaints. It's not a causative factor, but in general, helps efficient load in CKC activities. Treatment/reset coming video is next! Hope this helps! Are you a patient in need of my help?
