Our shoes provide the environment our feet live in most of the day (especially if you wear house slippers!)
Barefoot at home (and outside on grass, sand & dirt!) is always best.
However, if you don’t just want to be walking around on cold, hard floors at home, I get it!
However, our slippers should still allow our feet to function as though they were barefoot (especially since we’re inside!!) and not limit, restrict or over work your feet.
What you do on a daily basis helps set your feet up for your future.
Just like brushing your teeth.
You don’t start brushing & flossing ONCE you have a cavity.
You start brushing & flossing to help PREVENT future cavities.
It’s time we start treating our whole body like we treat our teeth!
