Conscious mobility with breath is often the one thing we neglect the most throughout the week.
Yet, it’s the easiest to do because it requires no equipment and limited space.

In the morning?
There’s no one perfect time.
The best time is whenever you can make it happen.
You don’t need an hour of mobility.
You don’t need an hour workout.
You just need effective, quality movements you’re able to achieve on a consistent basis.
