How does it feel?!
This is the one thing I do on a DAILY basis when working at my computer, ESPECIALLY if I’m feeling extra neck tension!
After just 5, you should already feel a release of tension because you reminded the brain to use the front of the neck to gain more stability rather than the back!
If you can, it’s best to add this in daily at your desk to help:
👉 avoid further neck tension
👉 avoid tension headaches
👉 reduce experiencing chronic or consistent neck pain
