Mobility for my Gassy Baby! #colicbaby

Plus a little baby massage before bed & he always does so much better when we’re consistent with those two things 🥰

He’s now 3 months and is a rockstar at tummy time and rolling around.
Always so fun to watch them learn & grow but also sad to lose the little squishy babe…

Last thing, don’t be afraid to seek early intervention and treatment & ask for help!
We took Dante (our first) to a pediatric physical therapist when he was a month old when we noticed preferences for one side and she was great in providing exercises, holds and things we could implement with him!

Remember, no matter who you see as a clinician, make sure they provide you with tools you can do with your babe at home.
You’re the one with them majority of the day.
No one can put anything “back into place” or provide a magic fix.
Hands on treatment is amazing but only provides a temporary physiological response.
In order to create long term change, we need consistent ACTIVE movement we can do on a regular basis outside of taking your babe to someone for one short session a week.
