I’ve been diagnosed with SI joint dysfunction, glute med trigger points, tilted pelvis, etc etc. Have done soooo much PT, dry needling, cupping, exercise avoidance etc. Thanks to your info, along with a few other podcasts about chronic pain, I’ve finally realized that my flare ups are truly stress related. When I STOPPED avoiding certain movements, and started telling myself, “you are not injured, you have a healthy body”… literally, everything changed. Another big thing was realized I was not taking full breaths… like ever 🤣 I’ve lifted weights in every type of way for the past 15 years, so to feel like I have that part of my life FULLY back is amazing. So thank you for all of the information you provide for free. I’m excited to do this challenge, if for no other reason just to support your cause!” 🥹♥️

This was a very recent comment from someone in our private group community of our challenge after a few people were saying all their issues have been stemming from their rotated or anterior pelvis and my gentle reminders of this false narrative we’ve been told and convinced of weren’t quite clicking.

You’re not broken.
You don’t need to constantly be “fixed” or “put back into place.”
