We may have differences side to side. Every body is going to have them.
The issue doesn't come solely from asymmetry.
The root issue has more to do with out muscular imbalances, movement patterns, and how we protect and support the joint with our movement.
To sum it up, yes mobility is okay to do, even if you've been told your hips are twisted or "out of alignment."
You just need to put on that detective's hat and find out where the real root of the problem lies!
