This will make it really easy to squat quite low BUT if you lack control & awareness in that low range, your back may be cranky!

Make sure you can PAUSE in that lower squat, feel the core still engaged and better control that improved motion 🙌

This doesn’t take away from still needing to improve ankle and hip mobility AND those with long femurs may still need to elevate their heels to really feel the change BUT it can massively help improve the ease of the movement and reduce that low back tension 👏
