A “flared rib cage” is not a posture problem (nor weakness usually)…
It’s a lack of awareness & control as you move!
Learning to shift your breath pattern into the sides, back and front of the low rib cage can automatically shift the direction of your rib cage, reduce tension in your low back, reduce pressure down into your pelvic floor and help better coordinate your pelvis & trunk as you exercise & move 🙌
Little shifts can make a massive difference BUT they require consistent practice to repattern how you move & feel!
