When I polled my audience this week about deadlifts and here is what SO many people said…
👉 27% said they can’t do them due to pain
👉 16% heard they were bad for the back
👉 57% are afraid to do them due to a previous back injury
This narrative makes me so sad.
We NEED to bend over and will find ourselves in situations where we’ll need to lift weights (especially us parents 👀)
The LESS you prepare your body for this, the MORE likely you’ll end up in pain.
