Stop reaching for the ground! 🛑
The goal isn’t how low you can go.
Aim for just under the knees along the shins (especially when we’re talking about Romanian deadlifts with straighter legs) and then think of PUSHING the feet into the ground to stand rather than PULLING 🙅‍♀️ the weights up.
I promise.
This makes a big difference in what you feel!
It’s not the deadlift that’s “bad”.
The deadlift actually helps strengthen your back.
It might just need some tweaking to help you feel more confident in your body!
