#OOTD all day errrday right now 😜 anyone else?!
They’re so cute & cuddly AND your body is still healing postpartum so these are some quick and accessible exercises you can do while you wear them to help your body!
Here’s what to focus on for reps👇
1️⃣ Wall Airplanes: 3-5 on each side
Focus on really trying to rotate into the hip, like you feel your upper leg is shifting back into the hip and then push the foot down into the floor as you rotate and squeeze the glute!
2️⃣ Hip Flexor Stretch: do 10 long, slow breaths, feeling like you’re breathing into your hip flexor. Repeat 2-3x on each side
3️⃣ Wall Angel Holds: press back into the wall as you chin tuck and elongate the neck. Hold for 10 seconds or a few breaths. Repeat 5x
4️⃣ Wall Squat Hold: do 10 long, slow breaths, really focusing on letting that pelvic floor relax
5️⃣ Ball Tilts & Circles: do 10-15 slow and controlled tilts & circles through as full of a range of motion as possible while trying not to move the upper body at all
