And yes, I know there are amazing massage therapists out there who hit all these muscles (infraspinatus & teres minor/major for those nerds wondering)! I’ve personally only experienced ONE massage therapist who worked these muscles & more better than any PT I’ve had (and I’ll forever remember that massage!) but in the typical, standard massage I get, I find these are areas often neglected.
Movement & changing your posture more throughout the day will always be queen 👸
Along with adequate sleep, proper hydration, good nutrition and reduced overall stress.
