Expecting to go from a super cushioned shoe to a completely flat shoe without any preparation is like wanting to exercise because you know it’s good for you but suddenly going for sprints, heavy barbell squats & box jumps….

Probably wouldn’t recommend it!!
You’ll likely end up injured.
