[00:00:00] Hey, what's up? Welcome back to The Aaron LeBauer Show. Today we've got a fun, new, interesting episode. Today, Derek Nielsen and I are going to break down our Black Friday results for you. We've recently been working with a handful of clients to run their monthly marketing promotions for their clinics, and we had some really interesting results over the holiday, and we want to share it with you so hopefully you can learn something.

[00:00:29] If you don't know me, my name is Dr. Irma LeBauer. I saw 43 patients in one day as a PT student and decided I had to open a cash practice. I did that. Other people started asking me for help, and I started a course, the Cash PT Blueprint, and launched a cash PT Platinum Mastermind program, and most recently, Derek, who was the first cash PT resident, he came to work for me in 2017.

[00:00:56] He went out and built his own business, his own cash practice in Durham, didn't know anyone, made $96,205 or something like that in his first year. He could have broken the six figures, but at the time, that's when I was raising my rates, and Derek didn't quite get there, but he did, you did what, 15K in a month, five years earlier than I did.

[00:01:18] Derek's been helping other clinics with their Facebook ads. He grew his caseload with Facebook ads and webinars, and for the last eight months, Derek and I have been working together to run my ads, build out more funnels for me, for our clients,

[00:01:36] and together we've put together a PT marketing machine, which is our marketing program and software to help cash practices generate clients without taking tons of time out of their day running ads and doing workshops, etc.

[00:01:53] So Derek, I'll let Derek say hi in a second, but it is an Aaron LeBauer show.

[00:02:00] But Derek had an idea. He's like, Aaron, we need to share what just happened over Black Friday with people on the podcast so you can learn some marketing strategies.

[00:02:10] So we're going to share some results. The number one goal is that you learn from us what's working to generate more revenue from your current clients and generate more referrals.

[00:02:23] So, Derek, how are you doing, man? It's good to be on the show.

[00:02:27] Me.

[00:02:27] Yeah. Derek's been on the show, what, a handful of times before. We've done a few other episodes, mostly me interviewing Derek about business and stuff, but this is going to be a little bit slightly different.

[00:02:38] Derek, let's start with this. I think the best place to start is we did a marketing promotion. We're doing them monthly. We did it for Black Friday. Can you just give us just the outline of what's the idea behind running a monthly promo or special versus always doing, I don't know, what else people might do is doing workshops or Facebook ads, etc.?

[00:03:08] Well, it allows you to leverage everything else. I mean, back when I started my clinic in 2017, I mean, I shut it down in 2022, but, you know, like you said, I was where I was using Facebook ads.

[00:03:21] I went out in the community, did workshops, injury screenings, that sort of thing, and I was always looking for new.

[00:03:25] You know, where's the new patient? Where's the next patient? Where, you know, I didn't realize that I had opportunity right under my nose with, okay, now I'm building an email list.

[00:03:36] I have a past patient list. I can stay in contact with them. How can I get more referrals from them? How can I get them to come back in and reactivate them?

[00:03:46] Which is, ironically, a heck of a lot easier to do that than always be trying to go out and get new and new patients.

[00:03:54] So that's what, yeah, that's kind of what we started running at is, hey, let's help our clients not just get new patients, but how can they leverage the assets they already have existing in their business?

[00:04:06] And that's what this Black Friday promotion is. And if you follow Aaron, you know that we're about to launch a stocking stuffer promotion as well.

[00:04:15] And I'm hopeful we'll be back on to share some knowledge with everybody about what happened with that one as well.

[00:04:21] Yeah. Yeah. I mean, if you were on my email list and you didn't see the stocking stuffer emails, then make sure you probably should go search for it so you don't miss the next promos that we do.

[00:04:31] But, Derek, let's start with, I think the idea that I want to know is like, okay, so we're building this email list.

[00:04:39] Like, let's go basic for a second. Like, what is an email list? Or if someone has a business, where do they go? Like, how do they find it, build it?

[00:04:48] You know, I think it's, to me, it's one of the hidden things, hidden, hidden, hidden, like opportunities in most people's businesses.

[00:04:55] Yeah. Well, an email list is a list of names and emails.

[00:05:00] Right.

[00:05:01] And, you know, one thing back when I was practicing as well, and then we'll get into the promotion.

[00:05:06] I guess we probably should have led with one of our clients made $15,000 from the Black Friday promotion.

[00:05:12] And another client made over $8,000.

[00:05:14] Yeah, made over $8,000. So we're going to show, you know, I'm not going to hold anything back.

[00:05:17] We'll show you everything.

[00:05:20] But yeah, an email list.

[00:05:21] And another mistake that I made was, you know, I had an e-book in my clinic on the website and I would get people that signed up for it and like none of them turned into patients.

[00:05:32] And it was because they weren't ready for treatment.

[00:05:34] But I was also because I wasn't versed in, okay, how can I turn somebody that's not necessarily ready to say yes right now?

[00:05:40] How can I turn that person into a patient in one month, two months, three months, four months?

[00:05:45] And that's really how the email list, you know, how the email list comes and can help build your practice is if you stay in touch with people, even if they're not ready to say yes today, that doesn't mean they won't say yes, you know, six months from now.

[00:06:00] But they definitely won't say yes six months from now if they forgot who the heck you were.

[00:06:04] Right.

[00:06:04] And so, you know, that's why you even if it's just, you know, one email a week, just anything sending out to them is better than nothing so that you can stay in front of them.

[00:06:44] Yeah.

[00:07:45] And now they got your email.

[00:07:47] Like, at least they opened it.

[00:07:48] And to me, that's a win.

[00:07:49] It's like I got these people opening it.

[00:07:51] Their wins in a lot of different places.

[00:07:53] What did we what did we do, Derek?

[00:07:55] Like, like, what do we do for our clients?

[00:07:57] Well, let me go back one.

[00:07:59] Yeah.

[00:07:59] Two things.

[00:08:00] Ironically, one of our clients, you know, this was the first month that he'd been running the promotion with us.

[00:08:06] He just jumped in accelerator our program.

[00:08:09] And he emailed me and he said, I've never done marketing like this before.

[00:08:12] I'm worried that I'm going to make some people angry because we're emailing two times a day for five days.

[00:08:18] And I responded to him.

[00:08:21] I said, yes, you are going to make people angry, but people are going to be angry no matter what you do.

[00:08:25] You might as well help the people that want to help.

[00:08:27] Right.

[00:08:28] Right. And that's really what it's about.

[00:08:30] It's not don't be scared of the unsubscribes and don't be scared of the people that say, leave me alone.

[00:08:34] Like, whatever.

[00:08:36] Yeah, we're not you're not building a business for those people.

[00:08:39] You're building a business for the people that actually want help.

[00:08:41] And most people are too dang busy.

[00:08:44] Even the clients, even our clients.

[00:08:46] Right.

[00:08:46] Like, we'll email them and they don't get back to us for like two or three days sometimes.

[00:08:50] It's because they're super busy.

[00:08:51] And so we have to stay in front of them and email multiple times to make sure that we get in front of them.

[00:08:57] I mean, there's a two.

[00:08:59] Yeah, that's a good point.

[00:09:00] There's two things like people tell me, Aaron, you email too much.

[00:09:03] I'm like, OK, cool.

[00:09:05] Like, it's not my job to end the conversation.

[00:09:07] If someone says unsubscribe me, I usually don't because there's an unsubscribe button.

[00:09:12] It's their job to end the conversation, not mine.

[00:09:14] But it's also like the marketing, like the top marketing people in the in the world, in the nation, they email two or three times a day.

[00:09:22] They're not actually writing the emails.

[00:09:23] They have like an email copyright or something.

[00:09:25] And I'm don't even hardly email once a day.

[00:09:28] Sometimes I email multiple times.

[00:09:30] And when people usually get overwhelmed, I go and look and they've got three or four emails, even five subscribed to my email list all at the same time.

[00:09:37] And people don't really know.

[00:09:39] But it's if I'm not in front of you, I can't sell to you.

[00:09:42] I mean, right.

[00:09:44] I can't even help you.

[00:09:45] Help you.

[00:09:46] Right.

[00:09:46] Thank you.

[00:09:47] But I mean, to sell is to serve.

[00:09:50] And so to me, sell isn't a bad word, but I get some people are triggered by that.

[00:09:56] I had a client a few years ago, like three years ago, who made 40K in one week.

[00:10:01] And I said, send these emails.

[00:10:03] It was 10 emails in five days.

[00:10:05] And I said, send these.

[00:10:06] He's like, are you sure?

[00:10:07] He's like, people are going to get mad.

[00:10:09] I said, how much money do you want to make?

[00:10:11] Because I was like, even send five on the last day.

[00:10:13] He made 23K in the first three days and then 40K in five days.

[00:10:18] And he helped hundreds of people, hundreds of hundreds of people.

[00:10:22] So I think it's it is.

[00:10:25] It's it's a process that feels unfamiliar.

[00:10:28] But because it's unfamiliar, it's scary.

[00:10:30] And we what we sell the way we buy.

[00:10:34] To, you know, we have to be able to serve people and know that what we have is what they need.

[00:10:41] And if it is, then it's my duty to get in front of you.

[00:10:44] Yeah.

[00:10:45] You know, the other thing, Aaron, that I was going to say is like,

[00:10:48] your email list can really turn into not just, you know, getting patients,

[00:10:53] but it also turn into how can you get more community connections and more community referral partners?

[00:11:00] Because it can end up being a leverage point.

[00:11:03] Like if I have an email list of, you know, 3000 people,

[00:11:06] I could reach out to one of the gyms and say, hey, you know what?

[00:11:09] I want to email my list about you because I think they're going to be you'd be a great fit for what you offer.

[00:11:14] How about we meet for coffee and let's talk about what that looks like.

[00:11:17] And then that can be your introduction to be able to start generating community.

[00:11:21] Because I know back when I first started in practice, it was like I would go out and meet people, but I always felt like I was taking.

[00:11:28] You know, I was like, I don't have anything to give.

[00:11:31] I'm just trying to take.

[00:11:32] So that's, you know, that email list can end up becoming that thing where you end up leading with,

[00:11:36] you give first as opposed to take.

[00:11:39] Yeah, I used to do it where I'd ask people, hey, I would love to interview you for my blog, you know,

[00:11:44] or interview for my podcast.

[00:11:45] Podcast feels a little like some people are like, oh no, I couldn't possibly.

[00:11:48] I'm not ready for a podcast.

[00:11:50] You know, like I'd love to interview you for my YouTube channel or my Facebook page and share about you with my audience.

[00:11:59] I've got a lot.

[00:12:00] I've got a thousand people on my email list or 10,000, and they're always looking for a place to work out in Greensboro.

[00:12:05] I'd love to learn more about you.

[00:12:06] You know, it's kind of the frame that I go with too.

[00:12:09] It is.

[00:12:09] It's nice.

[00:12:10] Say, I've got an email list.

[00:12:11] I'd love to share about what you do with them.

[00:12:13] I'd love, you know, do you have some time so I can come learn more about what you do?

[00:12:17] Yeah, it's awesome.

[00:12:19] All right.

[00:12:21] So let's get into the Black Friday promotion.

[00:12:24] What did, what was it that we did?

[00:12:27] What did we give to people?

[00:12:28] What did, how's the promotion set up?

[00:12:32] Let's talk about that.

[00:12:34] Well, I'm not going to give the complete offer away.

[00:12:36] You got to be in the program to get that.

[00:12:38] But what I will say is that it was selling packages.

[00:12:41] So it's, it's going to current patients, past patients.

[00:12:46] You're not just introducing it through email that you're also introducing it when a patient

[00:12:50] comes into the clinic.

[00:12:51] Hey, I've got this promotion going this week.

[00:12:53] Here's what it is.

[00:12:55] Would you like it?

[00:12:56] But it was, it basically was a discount on packages.

[00:12:59] Plus they also got an additional offer added to it that was positioned as, you know, it's

[00:13:05] Black Friday here, get a discount on your package and also give a gift to your friends

[00:13:10] and family for Christmas.

[00:13:12] So you get some of your Christmas shopping out of the way at the same time.

[00:13:15] Yeah.

[00:13:16] Awesome.

[00:13:16] And so let's see, Black Friday was Friday.

[00:13:20] And so what was it?

[00:13:21] It was Monday, two emails, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

[00:13:25] Yep.

[00:13:26] Right.

[00:13:27] Yep.

[00:13:27] And then what was the, like, did, did the, did our clients have to write the emails or

[00:13:33] what did they have to, like, what were the emails about?

[00:13:36] Like, how do we know, like that we, you know, can you tell us a little bit about like what

[00:13:40] was in there?

[00:13:41] How does it, how is it positioned?

[00:13:42] And, you know, what was the vibe, you know, like, what was the vibe?

[00:13:46] So, no, they didn't write it.

[00:13:47] I wrote it.

[00:13:48] And I actually, these, the same promotion I used last year as well, it was only on two

[00:13:54] clinics though.

[00:13:55] So, um, which is only, it was only a handful this year as well, but a couple more this year,

[00:13:59] but, uh, the two clinics both had success last year.

[00:14:02] The first one actually last year, uh, I helped a guy made 35 K on the Black Friday promo.

[00:14:09] And I was dumb enough to not get a video testimonial from him.

[00:14:12] So I need to learn from that.

[00:14:14] Um, but yeah, this year, uh, we had Sarah make 15 K and it was, I wrote the emails.

[00:14:21] Uh, there was two a day, one in the morning, one in the evening.

[00:14:25] Generally, it was one in the morning, one in the evening.

[00:14:27] And then the emails would have a link in the bottom and they would, uh, people will click

[00:14:32] the link and go over to the offer page, fill out a form saying, Hey, yes, I want the offer.

[00:14:37] And then the clinic would pick up the phone and call the people.

[00:14:40] Now, if you're inside PT marketing machine and you can integrate with Stripe, and then you

[00:14:45] can actually sell the promotion right there where somebody, you don't have to pick up the

[00:14:49] phone and call them.

[00:14:50] They could purchase that promotion right from that webpage and whip out their card and pay

[00:14:55] you.

[00:14:55] So you're not trying to chase them around.

[00:14:58] Dude, that's awesome.

[00:14:59] So it's, uh, an email at the end of the email is a link.

[00:15:03] It says, Hey, go here.

[00:15:05] If you want to get the offer.

[00:15:06] And then they get on the page and then it says, here's what the offer, here's the deal.

[00:15:11] Here's the bonus gift cards that you get when you get this, fill out the form form.

[00:15:17] Uh, you fill out the form and then what happens next?

[00:15:22] Uh, the client gets notified or our client gets notified.

[00:15:26] Hey, this person just filled out the form.

[00:15:29] Um, and, uh, you know, they, they just fill out the form, make sure you follow up with

[00:15:34] them.

[00:15:35] Uh, and then, you know, obviously they pick up the phone and call them.

[00:15:38] Yeah.

[00:15:38] And I'd set it up so that Chris would get notified and he would call them and I didn't have to

[00:15:44] call anyone.

[00:15:45] Um, and then it would auto email back.

[00:15:48] So I made a couple tweaks to your thing.

[00:15:49] I added a couple of things, you know, I was like, Hey, I've added an auto email back.

[00:15:53] That was just a little bit different.

[00:15:54] Um, because I wanted to do it, but basically I think, I don't know what Sarah changed, but

[00:15:59] even Jeff, but Jeff made 8,000.

[00:16:02] And I think he just went in and just set up the basic thing and it worked.

[00:16:06] Um, it's like, it took me, it took me 45 minutes to go through it.

[00:16:11] Um, and I know the software pretty, uh, simply, uh, pretty, pretty well, not perfect.

[00:16:18] Um, but it was just like, I just had to go through and just like, what, like turn on

[00:16:24] different pieces of the software, uh, turn on the, publish the workflow and, and then

[00:16:30] what, like add, add a couple of little details here and there.

[00:16:33] Can you talk more about like what's involved in getting it set up?

[00:16:36] You know, you wrote it all, but there's still a little bit of work that has to be done.

[00:16:39] Can you just talk a little bit about, about that?

[00:16:42] Yeah.

[00:16:42] Yeah.

[00:16:43] So, uh, essentially I record a video of me going through what the client needs to, uh,

[00:16:48] set up.

[00:16:49] So if they're, if they're inside PT marketing machine, I share the entire workflow with them.

[00:16:54] I should, I share the offer page with them.

[00:16:56] I share the emails with them.

[00:16:57] So they've got everything inside of their software, but they still need to go in and

[00:17:01] just put like, cause everybody charges a little bit of a different rate, uh, as far as sessions

[00:17:06] and packages go.

[00:17:07] So they need to go in there and insert what their rates are, what the discount is, um, put

[00:17:13] their logo in.

[00:17:14] Uh, but yeah, like you said, it took about 45 minutes.

[00:17:17] I'd say generally speaking, it takes about an hour for people to set up.

[00:17:21] Yeah.

[00:17:21] Yeah.

[00:17:22] Awesome.

[00:17:22] And then I did it.

[00:17:24] I didn't even watch your video.

[00:17:25] I just went through your worksheet and that was really helpful.

[00:17:29] Um, but we did have people get that promo and the stocking stuffer one who don't have

[00:17:35] like software.

[00:17:36] And, uh, you still put together like a list of the emails and like the, the schedule for

[00:17:42] how to send it, et cetera.

[00:17:44] And you could do it pretty much with anything, right?

[00:17:46] But you'd have to go set it up and tweak it.

[00:17:49] And Duke's more of the scheduling piece.

[00:17:52] Like what's the difference?

[00:17:53] Yeah.

[00:17:54] Yeah.

[00:17:54] I mean, if you can, if you can build a page and you can send an email in your software,

[00:18:00] then essentially, yeah, I would have, I gave everything to you to be able to do that.

[00:18:04] Yeah.

[00:18:04] Cause that was our black Friday offer for, you know, coaching clients was like, Hey,

[00:18:08] you can have it.

[00:18:09] Um, and you, and you can have the scripts and the documents and all that, which isn't something

[00:18:13] that we typically do, but you know, I just want to break it down for people.

[00:18:18] Like the software isn't the important thing.

[00:18:20] Um, but the one thing, uh, you can, you could send it out via Gmail, but the one thing you

[00:18:24] don't want to do is CC or BCC a bunch of your patients.

[00:18:28] Cause it's not HIPAA compliant and you'll get spam complaints in your personal or business.

[00:18:33] Gmail will get, will get sliced.

[00:18:37] At the knees probably.

[00:18:38] That's funny.

[00:18:39] People still do that.

[00:18:40] People, you know what, dude?

[00:18:42] Uh, a couple of years ago I was part of the like APTA, uh, it wasn't private practice.

[00:18:49] It was like the technology SIG or something like that.

[00:18:51] And, you know, it was like the technology SIG, like CC to a whole bunch of people.

[00:18:56] I'm like, you know, like you're the technology SIG, like you should be using some like email,

[00:19:02] you know, software and not giving my email out to everyone on the list.

[00:19:07] Like you're, you know, not asked, they didn't ask my permission to share my stuff with everyone.

[00:19:12] And I mean, it's just like the tech SIG.

[00:19:14] I was like, come on guys.

[00:19:15] Like really?

[00:19:17] Um, okay.

[00:19:18] So we've got this five day promo.

[00:19:21] You spend an hour going through setting it up, um, and then run it to your list.

[00:19:26] Um, okay.

[00:19:28] So that's what we did.

[00:19:29] That's kind of how we did it.

[00:19:31] Um, can you, was there anything else about how it's set up or how we did it or what we

[00:19:36] needed to do to promote it?

[00:19:37] Like if someone wanted to just like think it all up this time and run a five day promo,

[00:19:41] is there anything else they need to need to know or should is important?

[00:19:45] I mean, try and make the emails fun and engaging.

[00:19:48] You know, it's not just about us trying to push product.

[00:19:51] Yeah.

[00:19:51] Push it on somebody.

[00:19:52] We're trying to entertain them a little bit.

[00:19:54] Uh, and you know, uh, with black Friday and Christmas coming up, those are pretty too easy

[00:19:59] holidays to entertain people with Santa and else.

[00:20:02] And I mean, we've got for the stocking stuff where I've got an elf one, like what elf would

[00:20:06] I be if I was your elf?

[00:20:08] You know, just trying to entertain people.

[00:20:10] Cause even if they don't buy, I don't want them to walk away with like a girl's taste

[00:20:14] in their mouth.

[00:20:14] Right.

[00:20:15] I want them to be a little bit entertained and walk away with a smile on their face.

[00:20:19] Uh, and maybe they'll remember us.

[00:20:21] Yeah.

[00:20:21] I've been looking at your copywriting versus mine.

[00:20:24] And it's interesting because you're, you're funny, you're entertaining.

[00:20:27] And I'm like, I think I tell more stories and I do.

[00:20:31] I mean, you, like, I think you tell stories, but it's like, for me, I'm like, okay, someone's

[00:20:36] going to open it and I need to hook, you know, like you hook them with like an entertainment

[00:20:40] story, which is really cool.

[00:20:43] And I'm like, okay, what's something that happened to me in my life recently or in the

[00:20:47] past where I can turn that into like a lesson.

[00:20:50] And then it's, then I'm like, okay.

[00:20:53] There, so now I'm teaching them something.

[00:20:55] There's like, it's, so is it, uh, who's the guy who calls it value attainment?

[00:20:59] It's like giving value and entertaining.

[00:21:01] Right.

[00:21:01] There's like a comment.

[00:21:02] It's like, and I'm, I'm, I don't think I'm funny in like, in the same way.

[00:21:07] And it's, and then it's like, I, I try to like, here's, let me share this lesson with

[00:21:11] you and a resource.

[00:21:12] And so you can learn from it.

[00:21:13] And then, Hey, if you want to get the thing, here's that, that offer is at the end, but

[00:21:17] there's always a, uh, like a framework of like, we have to hook you in.

[00:21:22] We have to either entertain you or, or share something of value and then have a call to

[00:21:29] action at the end and a link to go get the thing.

[00:21:32] Yeah.

[00:21:32] I actually think you're better at writing than me, Aaron.

[00:21:35] You think so?

[00:21:36] Yeah, I do.

[00:21:36] I try and get in and get out.

[00:21:39] Yeah.

[00:21:39] Yeah.

[00:21:40] We could do it.

[00:21:40] We should, we'll do another contest soon is whose page works better.

[00:21:45] I think it works really well for us.

[00:21:47] I think the copywriting together works really well.

[00:21:50] Like what we did for the cash PD blueprint 10th anniversary in September.

[00:21:55] That always, that always works great.

[00:21:57] And you know, it's like, uh, it's like anything when you, you get feet off other people's ideas

[00:22:03] is like, I think that works great, but yeah.

[00:22:06] We could try some, uh, try some copywriting.

[00:22:11] Yeah.

[00:22:11] Competition.

[00:22:13] I mean, I've written, I've already written the January promotion.

[00:22:16] Like I told you.

[00:22:18] Um, so we'll, I will just use my emails for that.

[00:22:21] I mean, it's a slight, it's a different promotion, different time of the year, but we'll do that.

[00:22:24] And we'll kind of go from there.

[00:22:26] Um, okay.

[00:22:27] So a five day, let me just ask, let me just throw this question out.

[00:22:32] When you write a five day email promo, you've done two emails a day for five days.

[00:22:37] I typically do, uh, on the first three days, I'll do one email and the second, the fourth

[00:22:44] day I'll do two.

[00:22:45] And the last day I'll do at least three, if not five emails.

[00:22:49] Is there a reason that you do it even, or is it just a different framework or, you know?

[00:22:55] No, no, I, you know, I've, I've done, uh, I've done two emails a day for four, three days

[00:23:03] and then, uh, three or four emails on the last day.

[00:23:06] It just, you know what?

[00:23:08] Here's the thing.

[00:23:09] And you know, this Aaron, like the more, the better.

[00:23:11] Yeah.

[00:23:12] Um, within reason now I'm not going to blast somebody with seven emails a day, but I will

[00:23:17] tell you seven emails in one day will grab people's attention for sure.

[00:23:21] I'll have done that.

[00:23:22] I think, I think I've, I might've done that this, you know, past black Friday, but it was

[00:23:26] black Friday and we had a $20 deal.

[00:23:29] Like, I got to make sure you see that.

[00:23:31] Cause you got the stocking stuff for promotion for 20 bucks.

[00:23:36] Like, you know, this is something interesting because that, that last day is when we got

[00:23:41] the most amount of buyers too.

[00:23:43] So just so everybody knows listening, yes, like sending seven emails is a lot, but it also,

[00:23:48] it directly correlates to sales.

[00:23:51] Right.

[00:23:52] Right.

[00:23:52] And if we're looking to grow our business, we have to sell.

[00:23:56] And if we want to help people, we have to sell.

[00:23:58] And then if we want to get things in front of people, we got to sell, we got to sell you

[00:24:03] to open the email.

[00:24:05] Right.

[00:24:05] The subject line is just as important as the call to action even more, because if you

[00:24:09] don't open the email, you will not, will not see the call to action or you won't see

[00:24:13] Derek's funny stories.

[00:24:16] You know?

[00:24:17] So it is, it is, uh, it's like a proximity and it's a frequency thing.

[00:24:23] And I would say in overall, if we're going to look at the year, what did I tell you Monday?

[00:24:27] Like we just hammered people with like, buy my thing.

[00:24:29] And I'm like, all right, now let's, let's now let's spend some time giving more value and

[00:24:34] giving, you know, giving more.

[00:24:35] So we're recording podcasts about like, how did we run this so that you can learn about

[00:24:40] it?

[00:24:40] We're, you know, I'm emailing every day to my email list with, uh, some resource or something,

[00:24:46] um, of value.

[00:24:48] So, um, that's what I do.

[00:24:50] I like, Hey, I'm going to ask for something, but I'm going to give what Gary V was jab,

[00:24:54] jab, jab, right hook.

[00:24:56] Like, you know, it was like, give, give, give, and then ask, you know, that kind of thing,

[00:25:00] which is important.

[00:25:01] Um, okay.

[00:25:02] So let's talk about, let's talk about the, let's break down some of the results, um,

[00:25:07] and some of the stats.

[00:25:08] Can you go, I know you said you had some like results and stats here you want to share.

[00:25:12] Um, can you talk about like how many emails we send?

[00:25:16] What were some of the results, you know, what they, what they make, what they sell, you

[00:25:21] know, et cetera.

[00:25:22] Yeah.

[00:25:23] Um, before I get into that, I just want to say, when I was, well, yeah, back when I was

[00:25:29] treating patients, I would, I would, I started sending an email a day and I would just tell

[00:25:34] stories about patients because he, you know, the PTs that they're actually in front of their

[00:25:40] target audience, their target market, they're in front of them all the time, treating them.

[00:25:44] And so all you have to do is pull out one little thing that let's say you have a patient

[00:25:48] come in, they come in with neck pain and you, uh, figured out that their mid spine was part

[00:25:54] of the problem.

[00:25:55] Well, most people don't realize that their neck pain could be caused by their mid spine or

[00:25:59] or their, uh, carpal tunnel symptoms can be coming from the rotator cuff.

[00:26:03] You know?

[00:26:04] So if you can write an email, that's like a story based around somebody and their problems,

[00:26:09] that's new information to your potential patients that can start to get people to listen to you and

[00:26:16] say, you know what?

[00:26:17] Hey, let me just give this a try.

[00:26:19] Like I had, I had, I got multiple patients that way.

[00:26:22] Um, and I had, uh, people email me back.

[00:26:25] Like you give me hope.

[00:26:26] You give me hope that there's a, there's an answer for my problem.

[00:26:30] Um, and so you being in front of you, you meaning the PT that's listening to this being

[00:26:36] in front of the patients and treating them, just pull something out.

[00:26:40] They're like, people don't know that you just found out with somebody and write about it.

[00:26:45] And they still have these emails.

[00:26:47] I do.

[00:26:48] Yeah, dude.

[00:26:50] All right.

[00:26:50] And we need to leverage those emails.

[00:26:52] Like, I think I have like 160 or something like that.

[00:26:56] Yeah.

[00:26:56] I think that, I think we need to take those and look through them.

[00:27:00] And, you know, I think we can give those to people at some point.

[00:27:04] You know, I'm like, or give them to me.

[00:27:05] Let me write them.

[00:27:06] Let me send them my email list.

[00:27:07] See what happens.

[00:27:08] And then, you know, I'm like, dude, that's super valuable, but because it is like, but

[00:27:13] like a generic, a story about, uh, not generic story, but about Tom, who was a patient who

[00:27:18] had this carpal, like, I mean, I had to, my friend, Sam, he's like being told, Oh, you

[00:27:24] shouldn't do X, Y, and Z.

[00:27:25] And I'm like, uh, let me take a look.

[00:27:27] And it's, you know, he's got this, uh, like knee pain and it's like his hip, but everyone's

[00:27:33] trying to give him an injection in his knee.

[00:27:35] You know, his hip doesn't want it.

[00:27:37] Like his hip won't fully extend because it's, yeah.

[00:27:40] And, you know, I tried the, I tried the testimonial route where all my emails were just testimonials.

[00:27:49] And I got this reply one day that came in and, and, and all it said is you're a liar, you

[00:27:56] know, cause they thought I was lying about all the testimonials and I was just making these

[00:28:00] up.

[00:28:01] Right.

[00:28:01] People are so used to being lied to that their guard is up.

[00:28:05] But if you come in, if you come in their inbox, even a couple of times a week, even once

[00:28:09] a week, when you're in their inbox and you're telling a story about a patient, the first one,

[00:28:14] they might not believe the second one, they might not believe.

[00:28:16] But if you're in there like enough times, then they're going to be forced to say, well,

[00:28:21] gosh, there's no way he's, he or she is making all of this up.

[00:28:25] Yeah.

[00:28:25] There's just no way.

[00:28:26] Yeah.

[00:28:27] Yeah.

[00:28:27] I'm thinking one of the things we should do is, uh, I'm just to think this out loud

[00:28:32] on the podcast is we need to make like a case study template, you know, like a, like

[00:28:36] a framework for our clients.

[00:28:38] Like, Hey, here's the framework.

[00:28:39] And you just fill in your pieces here.

[00:28:41] I mean, I've kind of got it and we can just like make that because people should be able

[00:28:45] to do their own.

[00:28:45] Like we can give you emails, but it's not as genuine if I send Derek's emails out to

[00:28:49] my clients, you know, but I need to say, Hey, here's the people I've treated.

[00:28:53] Here's my, but what would make it easier is to the Mad Libs version of it.

[00:28:57] Um, you know, here's what happened.

[00:29:00] Here's what we did.

[00:29:01] Here's the results now.

[00:29:03] And it all started with a total body diagnostic.

[00:29:06] Yep.

[00:29:08] Right.

[00:29:08] If you, if you were in the same place and like one, two would like one, two D reply now

[00:29:13] and I'll set it up for you.

[00:29:15] Yeah.

[00:29:15] You know?

[00:29:17] Yeah.

[00:29:17] I like the call to action to schedule a call with me.

[00:29:21] Yep.

[00:29:21] Yep.

[00:29:22] All right, Derek, let's talk about the results from black Friday.

[00:29:25] Let's do it.

[00:29:26] Um, all right.

[00:29:26] So, uh, let's talk about, um, I know there are two of them.

[00:29:30] Um, Jeff and Sarah, was there anyone else that we wanted to talk about?

[00:29:34] I've got, uh, Jason and then I've got Shaheen and then Jody as well.

[00:29:41] Okay.

[00:29:42] Which, who do you, where, where do you want to, part of me wants to start with like, let's

[00:29:45] start with the ones that seem more realistic first.

[00:29:47] And then, you know, cause we were like, how do you make $15?

[00:29:50] I mean, Sarah did, Sarah did like her best month ever.

[00:29:52] She told me on our call on Tuesday.

[00:29:54] So, you know, I don't want to give people like realistic, you know, things that they

[00:29:58] feel comfortable with.

[00:29:59] Okay.

[00:30:00] Let's start.

[00:30:00] I mean, let's start with the lowest.

[00:30:02] Okay.

[00:30:02] Let's start with, uh, Jody.

[00:30:04] She made $945, uh, sold one package from it.

[00:30:09] Okay.

[00:30:09] $945.

[00:30:10] Yeah.

[00:30:11] $945.

[00:30:12] So, um, I don't know how big her email list was cause she's not inside PT marketing machine.

[00:30:18] And I, I asked her how big it was, but she didn't tell.

[00:30:22] Okay.

[00:30:23] So I don't know.

[00:30:24] Dope.

[00:30:25] I mean, that's still like a thousand bucks.

[00:30:29] Yeah.

[00:30:29] Great.

[00:30:30] I mean, that's, you know, a thousand bucks of you not having to go out in the community

[00:30:34] and find new patients.

[00:30:35] You just send them 10 emails.

[00:30:37] Yep.

[00:30:37] And then there's a potential that that patient comes in more later or refers a friend.

[00:30:42] Yeah, absolutely.

[00:30:43] Or gets the stocking stuff for promotion and sends their friends.

[00:30:46] Right.

[00:30:47] Right.

[00:30:48] Absolutely.

[00:30:49] Um, the second one was, uh, Shaheen, uh, she's in Arizona.

[00:30:55] Uh, she made 1600 bucks.

[00:30:58] Uh, she sold three packages, three, five session packages.

[00:31:03] And she, um, came out afterwards and said, Hey, I know I need to raise my rates.

[00:31:08] So now, now, ironically, I've got a raising your rates promotion that I'm going to be

[00:31:13] giving her to help her raise a race.

[00:31:16] Cool.

[00:31:17] Dope.

[00:31:18] Yeah.

[00:31:18] Cause she sold three, five session packages.

[00:31:20] Yeah.

[00:31:20] She's not charging enough, but that's still like she sold.

[00:31:24] You can look at it in a few ways.

[00:31:26] Like, Hey, you charge in 200 bucks an hour and you sold three, five session packages.

[00:31:29] You just made, you know, $3,000.

[00:31:32] Yeah.

[00:31:33] Yep.

[00:31:33] And her list, her list size was 188.

[00:31:36] Okay.

[00:31:37] That's a good size.

[00:31:39] Um, next one is Jason.

[00:31:43] Uh, he is in Idaho.

[00:31:46] Oh, did you know how many, like, do you have like stats on Shaheen's list?

[00:31:51] Like open rates or, you know, any of that stuff?

[00:31:54] Yeah.

[00:31:54] Yeah.

[00:31:54] And I'll share it.

[00:31:56] I'll share the screen with me for people that are viewing this and then I'll walk you

[00:32:00] through.

[00:32:01] Yeah.

[00:32:02] Exactly.

[00:32:03] What, um, we're looking at here.

[00:32:04] So this one is Shaheen's list.

[00:32:06] Um, open rate on the first one, the first one, there wasn't an offer.

[00:32:11] It was basically, Hey, we're going to be offering this.

[00:32:14] So it was kind of introducing it.

[00:32:16] Uh, the second one got 6.95 click through rate.

[00:32:21] And a 64% open rate.

[00:32:24] Yeah.

[00:32:25] Yeah.

[00:32:26] Can you make it big?

[00:32:27] Can you zoom in and make it a little bit bigger?

[00:32:29] Yeah.

[00:32:30] Yeah.

[00:32:31] All right.

[00:32:31] There we go.

[00:32:32] Yeah, dude.

[00:32:32] Those are, those are great numbers.

[00:32:35] I mean, yeah.

[00:32:37] And this is just a current and past patients.

[00:32:42] Yes.

[00:32:42] Right.

[00:32:43] Yeah.

[00:32:43] Okay.

[00:32:44] Yeah.

[00:32:44] And you can see like, I try and have fun with it.

[00:32:46] The black big foot, like, you know, that's the subject line in the email.

[00:32:50] People, what is that?

[00:32:52] I mean, 71% of people open up that email.

[00:32:54] That's dope.

[00:32:56] Um, 2.7% clicked, uh, Thanksgiving day trivia, 64% open.

[00:33:02] Nobody clicked that one, but she did get a reply, which is always good.

[00:33:05] Yeah.

[00:33:06] Um, and physical therapy gifts, 69%, no clicks.

[00:33:11] And then the final one was a last chance, which got 1.1% click 60, almost 64%.

[00:33:17] Yeah.

[00:33:18] Yeah.

[00:33:19] That's dope.

[00:33:20] Yeah.

[00:33:20] So that'd be good.

[00:33:21] Yeah.

[00:33:22] It did pretty good.

[00:33:23] I mean, it look, if she didn't sell anything and I'm like, you got 64% of people opening

[00:33:26] this, like, that's great.

[00:33:29] You know, like a lot of times, like some of my best open rates are 50%.

[00:33:33] And that's like at the very top.

[00:33:34] And it's usually like 30, 30, 40, depending on the segment of people I send to.

[00:33:39] Um, yeah, that's great.

[00:33:42] Okay.

[00:33:43] Let's go to Jason.

[00:33:44] You can, you can screen share, you can put yourself back on however you want to do it.

[00:33:47] Well, I'll go to, cause I have a couple more.

[00:33:49] I want to show you Jason.

[00:33:50] I don't have access to his account, but I will say he, he sold 29, uh, $2,950 from an email

[00:33:59] list size of 142 people.

[00:34:02] Okay.

[00:34:04] Um, he said, what did he say here?

[00:34:07] It was three packages.

[00:34:08] He said he almost sold four, but one lady changed her mind at the end.

[00:34:11] Right on.

[00:34:13] Uh, the next one is Jeff and I do have his stats here.

[00:34:19] Um, but Jeff sold $8,355.

[00:34:24] Uh, and his list size was 188 people.

[00:34:29] Okay.

[00:34:30] I mean, and you can see this one got 12% click 15% click.

[00:34:36] Like that's wild.

[00:34:38] Almost 13% click.

[00:34:41] Um, 12%, 11%, 10%, 10%, 5%.

[00:34:47] So, uh, those are great.

[00:34:49] So that's one 2%.

[00:34:50] So for those that aren't, they can't see what we're looking at.

[00:34:53] I was just going email by email.

[00:34:55] What, what percentage of people are clicking the link at the bottom of it.

[00:34:59] So he got a ton of people, um, clicking a link to go to the offer page to get the black

[00:35:04] Friday promotion.

[00:35:06] Awesome.

[00:35:08] Um, and then the last one is Sarah.

[00:35:12] She's in Texas, right?

[00:35:14] Yep.

[00:35:14] In Houston, Houston, Texas.

[00:35:16] And she, she, she told me her list size was 60, but I went in here and I clicked on this

[00:35:23] guy here and it was, uh, actually more than that.

[00:35:28] It's 131.

[00:35:29] 131.

[00:35:30] Okay.

[00:35:30] But from a list size of only 131, she made 15 K from it, which is wild.

[00:35:38] And you know, what's funny is I, I text her.

[00:35:40] She messaged me and told me that I messaged her back.

[00:35:42] And I said, I think that says more about you than the promotion, like your people love

[00:35:47] you.

[00:35:47] Right.

[00:35:48] Um, so which is, which is funny.

[00:35:50] Cause the more that I've done this, the longer I've done these promotions, the more that,

[00:35:55] uh, if you are, have a really good relationship with people and you're the type of therapist

[00:36:01] that is like relationship first, these promotions just crush as opposed to, I'm just wanting to

[00:36:08] sell patients.

[00:36:09] And I just want to get more and more patients.

[00:36:11] If you really work and foster that relationship, like those therapists and those business owners,

[00:36:16] they just kill it with these promotions because their patients already love them.

[00:36:21] Yeah.

[00:36:22] Yeah.

[00:36:22] And if you can confidently get up there and say to people like, Hey, we're running a promotion

[00:36:26] this week.

[00:36:27] It's X, Y, and Z.

[00:36:28] Are you interested in learning more about it?

[00:36:30] And they're like, yeah, then you just do it in, in person.

[00:36:33] And I think she sold one of them in person too.

[00:36:35] Right.

[00:36:36] Yeah.

[00:36:36] Yep.

[00:36:37] I know she sold to a $2,000 package.

[00:36:39] It was, it was before the promotion even went live.

[00:36:42] It was the, on a Friday and the promotion started that following Monday and she sold

[00:36:46] a $2,000 package.

[00:36:47] Nice.

[00:36:48] That's dope.

[00:36:49] That's killer.

[00:36:50] Um, but yeah, you can see here, she's getting, uh, or you and I can see, uh, the first email

[00:36:56] is 57% open and she got almost 7% people clicking it.

[00:37:02] 57% again on the, another email, 61, 57.

[00:37:07] So she's not even getting this high of click through rates.

[00:37:09] Yeah.

[00:37:10] Her click through rates are much smaller than Jeff's, but you know, it's like different

[00:37:15] list size.

[00:37:16] I mean, you know, different people.

[00:37:18] I mean, it's a, there's a lot of variability, but these are great.

[00:37:21] She's got buyers.

[00:37:23] Yep.

[00:37:24] 100%.

[00:37:25] You got buyers.

[00:37:26] Yes.

[00:37:26] You got buyers.

[00:37:29] So that's what I have.

[00:37:30] I mean, if, if I could say one thing to everybody is like, even if you don't hire us, just go ahead

[00:37:36] and start throwing emails at people, write them and send them and you know, it's better

[00:37:40] than not.

[00:37:42] Right.

[00:37:43] Help them.

[00:37:43] Just, just try and help with, help them.

[00:37:46] Yeah.

[00:37:46] And that's, you know, back when I was, uh, when I was, uh,

[00:37:48] I was treating patients and I was writing those daily emails, that's all I was trying to do

[00:37:51] was just trying to help them, help them make a better decision.

[00:37:55] Give them hope for their problem because most people believe their problem is arthritis.

[00:37:59] And what the heck can you do about arthritis or a herniated disc or something like that?

[00:38:03] Like no PT can help me.

[00:38:05] They can't help me with this problem.

[00:38:06] But if you keep showing up in their inbox, they might just give you a chance.

[00:38:10] Right.

[00:38:11] And it is, it's really about breaking the false beliefs and giving people hope.

[00:38:15] And then, you know, here's the offer that we can make, which is, you know, at minimum,

[00:38:20] it's come in for a 20 minute visit.

[00:38:22] You know, it's a total body diagnostic.

[00:38:25] You know, there's no, you don't need to commit to anything when you come in other than being

[00:38:28] there for that time.

[00:38:29] And if we can build a plan that you, we both feel comfortable with, then we can talk about

[00:38:33] how we can work together to help you.

[00:38:34] And otherwise I'll point in the right direction if I can't help you.

[00:38:38] Yeah.

[00:38:38] And I'll tell you what, if I can't help you, I won't have you pay.

[00:38:41] Like, yeah, just come on.

[00:38:44] Yeah.

[00:38:45] Yeah.

[00:38:45] So, um, Derek, is there, um, so we went through some results, uh, talk about how people can

[00:38:51] get started doing it.

[00:38:52] Just email their, email their list, like use a, use some kind of, my thing would be to say,

[00:38:57] use some kind of software.

[00:38:59] Um, don't BCC or CC people through your regular Gmail account.

[00:39:04] Um, the best thing to do would be to automate it.

[00:39:07] Uh, and I've been doing this for years and teaching, you know, thousands of my clients on

[00:39:11] how to do it.

[00:39:11] But if you just need to start, go do it.

[00:39:13] The best thing to do is to hire us.

[00:39:15] Well, yeah, that would be the best thing.

[00:39:18] Hire us.

[00:39:19] We'll teach you how to do it.

[00:39:20] And we'll do a whole lot of the heavy lifting for you.

[00:39:23] Um, is, uh, Derek, is there any other lessons?

[00:39:27] That you learned, um, from helping, uh, run people through this offer about like what

[00:39:33] emails to send or who's most successful doing it, et cetera.

[00:39:38] I, I mean, I really think I kind of gave it right there at the end.

[00:39:43] Hey, it's a, it's, um, you know, get out of your own way and really just try and help

[00:39:49] people and just write it and send it.

[00:39:51] And don't feel like you need to write an email for two hours.

[00:39:56] You know, like another way you can do it.

[00:39:58] If you're more of a, you know, a video person or, or talking, you can, you know, you could

[00:40:03] transcribe it.

[00:40:04] Just talk it, talk it like right when the patient leaves and they gave you an idea for an email,

[00:40:09] just talk it, talk it on your, on your phone or on your, uh, computer, talk it out.

[00:40:14] And then transcribe that, take that, send it as an email.

[00:40:18] Um, or you could even take that, uh, you know, do a quick video.

[00:40:22] You write an email and say, Hey, I made a quick video for you about this weird case.

[00:40:26] I saw the patient today.

[00:40:27] Go ahead and click here to watch it.

[00:40:29] Right.

[00:40:30] Right.

[00:40:31] Yeah.

[00:40:31] I mean, I'll do that a lot of times where it's just me.

[00:40:34] I'll do my YouTube videos and we send an email out and says, Hey, did you see this

[00:40:38] new video on YouTube?

[00:40:39] It's titled this click here to watch it.

[00:40:42] Yep.

[00:40:42] You know, one line and it, and it's the link.

[00:40:46] Yeah.

[00:40:47] And my podcast goes out and it's an RSS feed was like, Hey, here's a new episode of the

[00:40:51] Aaron the power show.

[00:40:52] You should want, and it goes out to the 9,000 people every week.

[00:40:55] Um, it gets one of the highest open rates, you know, of the emails that I send and the

[00:40:59] highest click through rates.

[00:41:01] And it's, and it doesn't take any effort on my part because I've automated that.

[00:41:05] Um, you know, and I do it consistently.

[00:41:08] Um, awesome.

[00:41:09] So, uh, I think, yeah, I think that's it.

[00:41:14] Is there, um, one other, is there any other email lessons, uh, that I would say for me would

[00:41:20] be to it's remember, it's not your job to end the conversation.

[00:41:24] It's your job to give value, give hope and stay in contact with people.

[00:41:28] I mean, like I, as shared in the beginning, like I didn't stay in contact with a lot of

[00:41:32] people on my list, like consistently over the last few years.

[00:41:34] And I heard about it, but that's okay.

[00:41:37] It doesn't bother me.

[00:41:38] It just, what it tells me is I need to do that.

[00:41:40] And right before this episode, I was working on an email to my clinic list.

[00:41:44] Um, because I need to make sure that they're, they're receiving and feeling value from me

[00:41:50] again.

[00:41:50] Um, and it helps engage people.

[00:41:53] And so I know who to send it to when I promote the stocking stuffer in a few weeks.

[00:41:58] Yeah.

[00:41:58] So that's kind of like my lesson, especially if you have had a list for a long time and

[00:42:02] maybe you've ignored it when you start emailing them again, they're going to let you know,

[00:42:05] and you just need to be okay with that.

[00:42:07] Um, and then the, right.

[00:42:10] Go ahead.

[00:42:10] Yeah.

[00:42:11] I was just saying, and then the one other thing is, is to make it a habit, right?

[00:42:15] Every time, like Derek was saying, every time you get inspired, write it down, record it,

[00:42:20] voice recorded, or just sit down, you know, once a week or once a day and just email your

[00:42:26] list, but you're not emailing your list.

[00:42:27] You're emailing your avatar.

[00:42:29] You're writing to your, your person that you're focused on and you write a personal letter

[00:42:34] to them, but with the email software, I can just insert a little code and it, it, it pops

[00:42:39] in, populates in everyone's individual name.

[00:42:42] That's it.

[00:42:43] I mean, one, you know, when, uh, one of the guys that, that when I was emailing Dave for

[00:42:47] daily from my clinic, that guy had been on my email list for three years.

[00:42:53] And then the next thing I know he's inquiring to work with me three years.

[00:42:57] He'd been on the email list before he, before he inquired.

[00:42:59] So you never know, you know, um, one of my coaches taught me it's a,

[00:43:04] it's about relationship and timing.

[00:43:06] Yep.

[00:43:07] You know, it's if, if they trust you, it doesn't always mean they're going to buy from you right

[00:43:11] now, but if they trust you when the time is right, they're going to buy from you.

[00:43:15] So you never know when the time is right for the person that wants to buy, but if you're

[00:43:20] always focusing on the relationship part of it, then when they're ready to buy, they already

[00:43:25] know where to go.

[00:43:27] Yep.

[00:43:27] Yep.

[00:43:28] Exactly.

[00:43:30] So, um, I'll say this, the, I think the best part about this is that, uh, you know,

[00:43:36] Jeff, I know Jeff Shaheen and Sarah really well, cause they're in our, uh, programs, uh,

[00:43:41] Jeff and Shaheen are in our PT marketing machine accelerator program.

[00:43:44] And Sarah's, um, you know, our mastermind and they're now able to, you know, they've generated

[00:43:50] enough income, uh, to, you know, pay for Christmas presents this year.

[00:43:54] They've made more this month than they had the prior months.

[00:43:57] Um, and they're able to focus on treating patients the way they want, um, you know, you know, and

[00:44:02] focus on, uh, working the hours that fit their lifestyle.

[00:44:04] And the coolest thing about it is all three of them started with a free 15 minute new

[00:44:10] patient strategy call with me.

[00:44:11] Um, Sarah, you know, three years ago, uh, Jeff in the beginning of October, Shaheen and,

[00:44:17] uh, earlier in the summer.

[00:44:19] So if you're in a similar position where you've got a email list, um, you've got patients coming

[00:44:24] in the door, you've tried, you know, Facebook ads, marketing, social media stuff, or workshops,

[00:44:30] webinar, and just something, something's not working word of mouth.

[00:44:33] Isn't enough to get you going.

[00:44:35] Uh, you know, you want to grow your business.

[00:44:38] We'd love to help.

[00:44:39] We'd love to set you up with a PT marketing machine account and get you into our accelerator

[00:44:42] program.

[00:44:44] Um, you know what, but I don't, neither of us want to sell you that on the podcast.

[00:44:48] What I'd rather do is talk to you first and the results that you heard today.

[00:44:53] Um, all those guys started with a free 15 minute, uh, new patient strategy call.

[00:44:57] So if that's you and you'd like to get some similar results, um, just go to call with

[00:45:03] aaron.com.

[00:45:04] You can check out the page.

[00:45:06] You can fill out the little form at the bottom and book in a time to talk.

[00:45:10] For some reason you go to book in a time and there is nothing available.

[00:45:13] It's probably because I'm busy.

[00:45:15] So just message me and let me know that message me on Instagram and I'll move things around

[00:45:18] for you.

[00:45:19] And if you mentioned that you heard about, uh, our PT marketing machine accelerator program

[00:45:24] on the podcast, and we're not going to publish this anywhere else.

[00:45:27] If you mentioned that you heard about this on the podcast, we'll give you a 50% off your

[00:45:31] first three months in the program, but you have to qualify for the program.

[00:45:34] So make sure you go to call with aaron.com.

[00:45:37] Fill out the little application at the bottom.

[00:45:38] We'll hop on a call and we'll go from there.

[00:45:41] Um, I think that's it for today's show.

[00:45:43] Derek, is there anything else that you want to add?

[00:45:45] Uh, I mean, the program's a lot more than just the promotions.

[00:45:48] I will say that there's coaching involved, there's sales, there's marketing, there's,

[00:45:52] uh, it's, it's more than it's, it's how do I get more referrals?

[00:45:55] It's more than promotions.

[00:45:56] It's a lot more than that.

[00:45:57] Right.

[00:45:58] Right.

[00:45:58] Like we'd set you up.

[00:45:59] The whole thing is designed like Derek and I've had a lot of conversations about this

[00:46:04] is designed to, um, basically on auto, we can set you up with these automated promotions

[00:46:10] and features of software and systems.

[00:46:14] So it pays for itself.

[00:46:15] So it should pay for itself with the automated systems we set up sometime within the first

[00:46:20] three to six months, it should be automatically paying for itself.

[00:46:24] And then whether you, uh, tweak it, use it or don't, it runs in the background to help

[00:46:30] book more patients, generate more referrals, generate more reviews, run your scheduling,

[00:46:34] your EMR.

[00:46:35] It does almost too much, but it does everything you need and nothing that you don't.

[00:46:40] Um, so if you want to learn more about it, uh, we'd be happy to talk, uh, talk more,

[00:46:45] get you through it into a demo call as well.

[00:46:47] But, you know, I'd say like, let's start with this quick 15 minute call.

[00:46:50] We'll figure out where you are, where you want to go and see if we're the right fit to

[00:46:54] work together, or this might not be the right program for you.

[00:46:57] Maybe there's something else that we can do for you.

[00:46:59] And so that's what we'll, uh, we'll focus on is figuring out where you are and what

[00:47:03] you need.

[00:47:04] And then if I can't help, or neither of us can help, we'll point in the right direction.

[00:47:07] If we can, we'll talk, we'll book in another time to talk about how and, uh, which program

[00:47:13] we think would be the best, uh, to help you achieve your results in the fastest time possible.

[00:47:17] Um, that's it for today.

[00:47:19] Um, it's, it's the end of the year.

[00:47:22] Happy holidays from us.

[00:47:24] If you're listening to this in June, happy holidays last year, Derek, thank you so much.

[00:47:28] Derek and I will be back in a, in a few weeks and we'll share the results of our stocking

[00:47:34] stuff for promotion promotion that we're running this month.

[00:47:37] And, uh, stay tuned for the next episode where, um, I don't know what's coming next.

[00:47:43] Uh, we break down some other cool stuff, teach us some things, but just stay tuned to the

[00:47:46] next episode, share this with your friends, share this with your, uh, colleagues and, uh,

[00:47:51] happy holidays.

[00:47:51] See you soon.

[00:47:52] Peace.
