Marketing is NOT your problem....
The truth is that there are more patients who need rehabilitation service that you have the capacity to treat. Shoot, you could go to your local Walmart and throw a stone and hit 5 people who need your service.
I've fallen into the trap of thinking that marketing was the answer to all of my problems.
"If I just had more consistent new patients then I would be able to step out of treatment and work on my business."
Well I got more new patients... and instead of having more free time I actually became more overwhelmed, my team was more stretched, and my work-life balance became more....well..... out of balance.
Marketing will probably not be the bottleneck that stunts your growth in business (at least from my experience working with private practice owners).
The two things that will stunt your growth are:
1. Getting organized with systems.
2. Developing leadership in your organization.
That's it.
Most people in private practice struggle because of a lack of one of these two areas.
So... if you've invested a lot of time and energy into marking and your business and personal life have not improved....
I challenge you to consider focusing your time on one of these two to make the biggest difference for you personally and professionally.
