- Your schedule is full of patients to see.
- You've been running job ads for the past 3 months and have had no applicants.
- You're "stuck" in the business with no time to work ON the business.
- You have no time to spend with your family or take care of yourself.
- You're stressed, overwhelmed, and dare I say frustrated and burned out?
Private practice is hard. In fact, It's the single hardest thing that I ever did..... ever..... So I can totally understand and appreciate this challenge. Because who I am describing is myself just 2-3 years ago.
One of the hardest decision that I ever had to make was to choose between saying no to my health, family, and business, or to the patients that were overwhelming my schedule.
Not only that, but I LOVED treating patients. Because I was dang good at it. I was the best PT in my town and I had a blast connecting deeply with my patients, impacting their life, and impacting my community.
In addition... I knew NOTHING about business, and literally has ZERO clue as to what I would do even if I had a few hours per week of free time. I just couldn't stomach the fact that I'd have to add another overwhelming challenge to my already overflowing plate. I'd probably just end up answering more emails or paying bills anyway!..... sigh.
But what if I told you that you had options?
What if you could actually have it all?
What if you could have:
- Money in the bank.
- Happy patients.
- A happy team.
- Time to take care of yourself and have fun again.
- Time to spend with your family.
What if I told you that you could actually do it! You are in control and you can actually create the practice of your dreams. One that gives you both personal AND professional freedom!
However, it will take a NEW way of doing things. This is not about doing MORE.... It's about doing something DIFFERENT and that means that patient care can no longer be the most important thing on your to do list.
Yes... this means that we will have to learn (slowly and at a pace in which you can manage) how to ask your patients to give you some time to actually work on the business.
Because here is the truth...
- Time is ticking.
- You are getting older.
- Your kids are getting older.
- And you are too smart, creative, and passionate to be stuck in your business.
The world needs you to help us solve problems and create a better place for your patients and your employees.
If you are ready to do something different and want to take a stand for your business then give me a follow and let's connect.
I'm on a mission to put the control BACK in the hands of the practice owner. Because EVERYBODY wins when the owner wins.
See you on the other side,
Adam Robin, PT, DPT
