As a successful PT owner, multi-clinic administrator, member of his State PT board, and advisor for 8150 Advisors Jim Stoker, PT has learned that growth and targeted improvement is best done when planned for and projected. Now, as we look forward to a new year is a great time to assess what worked, what didn't, where our strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities look like and make prepare for intentional gain in the right directions based on what we learned. Making those goals and subsequent changes may be easier generated than actually implemented, thus it is also important that we also have a strategy in place to incorporate the team's involvement. That means the culture of clinic has to be aligned. If not, the goals we generate will fall flat. Jim guides us thru what is needed to ensure our culture is in the right place to see that the necessary changes are made in the new year.
