I am reading "Expert Secrets" by Russell Brunson to learn more about how to grow my coaching business, but I've also found so much value in this book for the private practice owner as well.

More specifically, how to position yourself as as an expert in your area, as well has how to apply principles of leadership for your team.
​
I've only read half of this book so far, but here is 1 piece of value that I've learned so far that I believe will help you in your private practice as the owner.

Learning how to sell is such a powerful skill to learn as a business owner. Whether you know it or now, you are selling every single day.
​
- You are selling yourself on the direction that you are taking your company.
- You are selling your team on your vision.
- You are selling your patients that you are the best solution to their problem.
​
Learning how to sell and how to embrace the "mindset of selling" can unlock so much potential for you, your business, and your community.

If you can sell to your self, sell to your team, and sell to your patients in a way that is authentic and desirable, you can achieve anything that you want in your business.
