Exit planning can never begin to early ("begin with the end in mind", right?). In this episode Eric and I discuss some of the minor things you can do to plan for your eventual exit. It's going to happen sometime so it's best to take the time to do it now, and especially when things are going well, instead of waiting for the time when you HAVE to make a exit.
