Start by creating your Dream 100 List. It could be the people within the community or experts in the same field as you, as these are the people who have access to the very patients you want to serve. They hold influence over a dedicated group.
Then, take action. Collect phone numbers and emails, and reach out. Schedule a face-to-face meeting to learn about them and their business or needs and explore ways you can support each other.
By developing these relationships, you'll set yourself up for a stream of referrals flowing right into your business. It's all about connections, not just transactions!
