For us, the orgboard is like the North Star, guiding our ship through the turbulent waters of business. We start there, and every 30 days, we submit our 'Big Three' objectives – the crucial tasks for the month. These objectives directly align with the priorities we set during our quarterly meetings, keeping everyone aligned and excited.
This approach isn't just about running a business; it's about creating an environment where everyone feels connected to something important. It's about fostering teamwork and collaboration.
