Mobilization to the upper thoracic spine can help with
🔵cervical mobility

🔵overhead shoulder mobility
This is one of my favorite variations! In seating, have the patient place forearm on forearm and weave your arms through theirs, placing your fingertips on T1. As you rock back on your rear leg heel, it causes shoulder elevation and you can press lightly on the soft tissues and upper thoracic vertebrae. Add some rot and SB to spice up the mix! Follow this up with cervical retraction with overpressure hourly to groove the new motion. Hope this helps!
