In this episode, Erson goes over a recent Lumbar Lateral Shift Case, who has been doing well for 2 years since he was last seen. He was ipsilaterally shifted the first time, and got back to working out and being pain free for over 2 years. Previously he had recurrent pain several episodes a year even though he was in his late 20s. This time he presented with severe acute, constant pain with a contralateral lumbar lateral shift. After getting him to 0/10 pain, he then complained of a minor scapular tender point and the assessment flared him right back up.
