I get the arguments AGAINST the toolbox, I really do! But for someone who is experienced and has worked on clinical reasoning, there is no compelling argument not to also have a good toolbox. Patients all have different needs, wants, and beliefs. What works for some will not work for others. A toolbox without the knowledge how to use it, not very useful.
