🔥Thoracic Manipulation 🔥
Thoracic manipulation is an effective treatment for not only thoracic pain, but cervical pain, cervicogenic headache, plus shoulder and cervical mobility. It may also improve breathing pattern disorders. At a recent live MMT Seminar, a DC student wanted to save some time from his usual foam rolling prior to workout so he asked for a few thoracic manipulations. The supine technique with the Anterior Assist Alpha plus the seated upper thoracic are two of my favorites. Normally HEP after this would be thoracic whips for mid thoracic and cervical retraction with extension for upper thoracic. Hope this helps! Are you a patient in need of my help?
