Most simple thoracic conditions should be fixed in 2-4 visits. The first for evaluation to rule out cervical derangement, assessment, then STM and thrust manipulation. This video shows the exercises used to treat the derangement or acute facet lock. If it is a simple thoracic case, with this HEP, the second visit should be to clear up any remaining tissue or joint dysfunction, then progress them to home program. Four visits at most would be expected if there is underlying tissue dysfunction
