Talocrural Distraction Thrust Manipulation

If you want to practice thrust manipulation, an effective and less nerve wracking (i.e. not spinal) technique is the talocrural distraction thrust. This is an older video, but in it, I also review how dorsiflexion should be measured - in supination with no eversion. Eversion is the common compensation for lack of dorsiflexion and leads to other inefficient patterns up the closed chain. Preferably, I would test and re-test in the lunge or half kneel ankle dorsiflexion test.
