đź‘€Restoring Cervical Rotation with the NecksLevelđź‘€
I've been using the NecksLevel in my clinic on TMJ, headache, and cervical patients for several months now. I'm really impressed by it's build quality. You can tell this thing exudes amazing craftsmanship and engineering. It has a near friction free glide and very comfortable surface to lie on. In this video I show my favorite progression to restore threat free cervical rotation. First, use it without resistance (no bands). The patient is free to explore cervical rotation assisted by the gliding mechanism. Then, you or they can lightly press on the gliding board to assist cervical rotation actively. Once this improves, you can progress to light (yellow) resistance band to load the capital rotators. This is just one of the many different uses for this amazing device.
