Quick Fixes for Shoulder Mobility

Forget lat stretches, PVC pipe overhead stretches or doorknob pulls. The fastest way to improve overhead mobility are ballistic whips! Try repeated shoulder extension, or trunk rotation to the tighter side (or both sides if both sides are tight). The speed overcomes perception of stretch, which is what limits getting to end range. After doing one or either, re-test your overhead mobility. Works great for rotator cuff or impingement issues as well! Then load the new motion with overhead carries.
