Who is manual therapy for? Just MSK/ortho patients? Isn't everyone an ortho patient, and simultaneously a neuro patient? Why wouldn't we use PNF on an MSK patient or IASTM or joint mobilizations on a neuro patient? Especially because neuro patients, like CVA are not often asked if they have pain.
