Patient sore or worse after the last visit? You need to educate patients on the 2 hour rule. It's a good guideline and expectations for what may or may not happen after a session. Within 2 hours, you can take credit for any soreness or worsening of symptoms. After that, it's very difficult to say that other than DOMs, any treatment rendered during the session is the SOLE reason why there is a flareup.
