The 2 hour rule is simple. If they say they're worse after last visit, ask how long. The assumption often because we employ active strategies vs passive care is that the active care made their symptoms worse. Sometimes you'll get an answer like, "Two days later." So the two hour rule is - you take responsibility for any flareup within 2 hours of the visit. Beyond that, it's difficult to say it was SOLELY because of any treatment or exercises performed during the visit.
