The more I use the NecksLevel, the more I realize how important it is for isolated neck strengthening. The smooth gliding mechanisms and ability to strengthen the neck in NWB is an amazing regression to more global, WB traditional exercises. You can isolate capital muscles, and the difference between using it in supine, what I would call level 1, and prone is a big one! I was shocked actually!
