Manual Therapy for Sciatica and Hip Posterior Chain Mobility

🔥Manual Therapy for Sciatic Issues, Hip and Posterior Chain Mobility 🔥
This is one of my favorite techniques - The Hip Corkscrew! It’s a variation on belt mobilizations with movement, but also works sciatic neurodynamics, hip mobility for flexion and IR, and general posterior chain extensibility. The band and traction help modulate what is otherwise a strong perception of stretch. After this, the patient can replicate the stretch at home with repeated hip flexion end range loading and load up with eccentric deadlifts.
