Manual Therapy for Low Back Pain and Sciatica

🔥Manual Therapy to Improve Low Back Pain and Sciatica🔥
A great regression for unilateral low back pain and radiating leg pain is this modified hips offset "roadkill" position. Get a patient prone with the involved leg abducted and knee flexed - then overpressure the lumbar spine to load/slack the involved side. Use pressure on/off like a grade 3 mobilization. This is very effective with centralization for radiating pain and unilateral LBP that doesn't respond to sagittal plane loading. Then the patient should be able to do full press ups in this position and eventually sidegliding in standing to keep the treatment going outside of the clinic. Hope this helps!
