Here I review some problem solving using different force applications for to make squatting pain free. In this case, the patient (not the demo) was having trouble with coming up out of a squat position as opposed to the going down/loading portion. Many times, tibial internal rotation while squatting improves this along with runners knee/etc. However, in this particular case, I had to do tibial ER along with femoral IR and then overpressure knee extension at end range to fully desensitize it. The result, better in one visit, able to work out and mow the lawn again!
