Neurodynamic mobilizations are effective for radiating arm pain and peripheralization Sx. However, they are often VERY uncomfortable, reproducing paraesthesia. Using a combination of light IASTM along the neural container then some wrist extension isometrics, I took this PT from -30 supination and zero wrist extension in median nerve bias to full and pain free.
