Part 2 - see my last video for the assessment version of this technique (which is the same as the reset). The lateral tibial glide helps improve tibial IR - important for knee issues, and ankle dorsiflexion. In short, it helps with efficient loading of the involved side. I've seen this technique also help reduce many hip and lumbar issues as a result. After doing the reset, the patient can easily replicate it and then get loading after a week or so of consistent dosage.
