Knee and Ankle Assessment - Tibial Internal Rotation

It's a common lower quarter pattern to find limited tibial internal rotation in

- knee pain with closed chain activities
- limited ankle mobility
- poor single limb stance stability

If your patient exhibits any of the above, or in general has lower quarter issues, they may have difficulty with stability or accepting load due to limited tibial internal rotation.
