This is an example of how I explain to patients what I call "The Window of Improvement" and how it relates to pain, treatments, and their responsibility in reinforcement. It's not about the treatment you get in a PT, Chiropractic, or massage therapy visit. They all work, temporarily. If you want to keep the relief you get from any treatment, you need to self treat.
