🔥Thoracic Inhibition Improves Overhead Mobility🔥
The Wall Slide/Angel test, is extremely difficult to pass for a lot of people. However, if an individual needs overhead mobility, especially for CKC sports or lifts, this may be a test and technique that will help. Also, if the thoracic paraspinals are extremely hypertonic, this will reduce tone rapidly and make it so a thrust manipulation or needling is now possible, instead of being limited by tone. After trying the inhibition technique, re-test the Wall Slide and if they have more mobility that is more comfortable, make sure they load it with overhead carries or repeatedly using the new range several times throughout the day actively.
