The lateral tibial glide https://www.themanualtherapist.com/2015/07/lateral-tibial-glide-assessment-for.html is a great assessment and treatment when a patient lacks dorsiflexion. This could also lead to knee valgus instability during running, jumping or other CKC activities.
Self treatment after you improve this important component of ankle mobility is key for the improvements to continue between visits.
