IASTM with Helix Pain Creams + Cervical Retraction to Improve Shoulder Mobility

đź‘€IASTM and Cervical Mobilization for Neck Pain and Shoulder Mobilityđź‘€
I love to use Helix Pain creams as emollient for IASTM. If you want to become a distributor and provide a product patients love, check out the link in my profile. For this PT/pt, he had severe limitation in cervical retraction and SB to the left, which also was his more limited shoulder IR in overhead mobility. In this case, I demonstrated how just a few minutes of very light IASTM significantly improved cervical rotation and SB left, which enabled me to load it to end range for several repetitions. Afterward, his shoulder mobility was also significantly improved. This cervical reset is powerful for many upper quarter issues. You NEED to try it, especially for shoulder pain/mobility issues - even post op! Hope this helps! Are you a patient in need of my help?
