Hooklying on Foam Roller + Thoracic Mobilizations

2 of my favorite ways to painlessly use a foam roller to improve upper quarter mobility, and then thoracic mobility. Just lying on a foam roller for 5-10 minutes 1-2 times/day really helps for those with sedentary jobs.
