🔥Posterior Chain Regression for Hamstrings🔥
This is one of my go to regressions for hamstrings and posterior chain. A PT I'm working with remotely is having difficulty due to pain and lack of strength/endurance with single leg bridges. He asked for any tips. I use this posterior tilt, and sitting/pushing away from the wall motion with not only hamstrings but also significantly reduces hip flexor tightness.
