😎Fix Lumbar and QL Tightness😎
If you have hip flexor, one sided lumbar/SIJ or QL tightness try this sequence.
🔵grab what is a heavy kettlebell or dumbbell on the hand opposite the side of your tightness
🔵stack your shoulders over your hips and lightly sidebend toward the tight side - on/off for 10-20 reps
🔵or you can lightly move the weighted arm away from your body about 5-10 degrees, on/off for 30 seconds
🔵repeat this with the foot more medial and more lateral to bias IR and ER
🔵Follow these up with lumbar sideglides against the wall to slack/load (not stretch) the tight side
Repeat the sideglides hourly and if they become blocked/tight/painful repeat one of the first two steps. Hope this helps!
