After I clear the hip, ankle, and lumbar spine, and the knee is painful, I check terminal passive knee extension. It is often limited, in this case she had 2 ACL surgeries, no pain, but limitation in extension and SL stability (not shown but tested at the course). After some light IASTM to anterior tibia and thigh (not posterior as posterior is not "tight" - I was able to easily load her into passive extension and then prescribe repeated passive knee extension as hourly resets.
